  1. And Curtis Jones has a new home, Oklahoma St recruited him heavily out of high school. Jeff Goodman‏Verified account @GoodmanESPN FollowFollow @GoodmanESPN More Indiana transfer Curtis Jones told ESPN he will play at Oklahoma State. Nice pickup for Mike Boynton.
  2. Watched the first half of the game this afternoon, and I was left wondering... is there a more punchable team in the country then Duke? Bagley, Grayson, and the crew are extremely unlikable.
  3. Seeing a lot of new names pop up that could be IU targets (?) over the last couple of days... 3* WDE Jonathan King from Tampa Bay Tech (same program as Penix) decommitted from Oregon today, holds an IU offer. https://247sports.com/Player/Jonathan-King-90427 SDE Casey Rogers from Old Farm, CT was offered on the 26th...really interesting OV list (Alabama & OSU-both w/o offers) and Power 5 offers- Nebraska, Vandy, Cal, Rutger, etc. https://247sports.com/player/casey-rogers-46047416 Really like the Roof transfer as well, I believe his father was the Defense Coordinator at Georgia Tech and moved to NC State earlier in the week...never hurts to have a coach's kid on the sidelines!
  4. With Morgan, Davis, Smith, Thompson, and Moore/Forrester I feel somewhat comfortable with the front court, the back court has me absolutely terrified...hoping for a grad transfer or two
  5. I wouldn't be surprised to see Race (6'8" 220 lbs.) pickup Freddie's minutes next year.
  6. Anyone have a feel for what the staff is still looking for in the closing days of the early signing period? Reading the tea leaves I am guessing a QB, DB, and OL at a minimum.
  7. This. Over the past few games CAM has stayed with an 8-man rotation for the most part (scraps for the 9th and 10th men off the bench), as we think to next year you have Durham, Green, McRoberts, Morgan, and Davis as rotation fixtures with Smith, Moore and the Frosh fighting for the final three rotation spots. I could see a situation where we take 1-2 (depending on RL) Grad Transfers for '18 for added experience and ball handling depending on CAM's expectations for the Frosh and the development of Smith & Moore.
  8. We picked up a few crystal ball picks over the last 24 hours and I believe he is on campus today (12/9) as well. It goes without saying, but he would be a huge pickup for the class!
  9. With Natee transfering I believe we are at two since the end of the season. -Zeke Walker (LB) -Tyler Natee (RB) Are we tracking anyone else?
  10. Game hasn't started yet, give BTN2Go time
  11. Given the direction the NBA is headed (versatility & shooting vs. true bigs), I would pencil in Morgan ahead of Davis.
  12. I'll go with a 9-man rotation (if Archie goes with an 8-man, remove Smith) Starters: Green, RoJo, Newkirk, Morgan, Davis Off the Bench: Hartman, CuJo, McSwain, Smith
  13. Any thoughts on what position the staff recruited him for? I have seen Athlete and WR most places.
  14. Alex Bozich‏ @insidethehall FollowingFollowing @insidethehall More It’s 10:36 and Darius Garland and Romeo Langford are shooting around in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. #iubb
  15. For those who believe in predictive analytics, ESPN's FPI (Football Power Index) has IUFB as strong favorites against Rutgers (86% chance of victory) and Illinois (84%) and favorites against both Maryland & Purdue (55%). The most difficult matchup left is Wisco (17%), and the FPI has a projected W-L of 6.8 - 5.2. Fun tool if you have time to kill! http://www.espn.com/college-football/team/fpi?id=84&year=2017
  16. Any idea what changed with him?
  17. Lucel, where do you expect the class to land, 23-25 recruits? Spitballing here, but I believe we still need some combination of QB, RB, TE, OL x2, DL/DE x3, and LB x2.
  18. I believe that just leaves Coach Judson, correct? Martin -> Assistant @ University of South Carolina Buckley -> Scout @ Minnesota (NBA) Judson -> ? Crean-> Broadcasting
  19. Is it safe to say he is a Bruiser recruit given the East Coast ties?
  20. Decent list of offers prior to July as well... http://247sports.com/player/george-conditt-46043276
  21. For those who are more familiar with the '19 class, do you think Trendon and Keion could play together (3 & 4 w/Davis at the 5) on the court? I would imagine CAM would take either/both in a heartbeat if given the opportunity and let playing time work itself out.
  22. Whats the over/under that Austin could do five thugs at once?
  23. I could see this. I doubt a straight firing occurs, but wouldn't be surprised by a mutual parting of the ways.
