  1. B1G East title game at Lucas Oil. OSU v. IU. Winner takes all (even though we already lost).
  2. I was looking forward to watching the USA soccer team play at 7:30 and riding that to the IUBB game!
  3. If UNC loses by 22 or more, can we play them for second place?
  4. Bruce Hornsby (Just kidding, TJD)
  5. Sadly, no. I think Brunk will have to take the majority of the breather minutes for Race and/or TJD.
  6. While I agree that could be an issue, I don't think this team is built to be a three-point shooting team. We are built to drive the ball and play through contact. Plus, we were missing arguably our best 3 point shooter with Al.
  7. Nice win. Love our defense. Lots of room to grow, but happy with the result. I think if we can become more consistent offensively, we will have a really nice season.
  8. I agree. If he can get his shot down, he will be a great playmaker for us moving forward
  9. How many cliche talking points can one fit in a sentence?
  10. I think having high level/skill, talented players surrounded by veteran guys that know the system and can contribute can produce wins. Romeo's year was a bit of an outlier but I think most would argue that the surrounding talent was not where we wanted it to be (or where it seems to be now), even when including Juawan in that equation.
  11. https://bigten.org/news/2020/9/16/the-big-ten-conference-adopts-stringent-medical-protocols-football-season-to-resume-october-23-24-2020.aspx We back
  12. The way things are, that seems like the best alternative (minus the needle and poured over OJ)
  13. Well, with CFB looking like it isn't going to happen, I am glad we have NBA playoffs and happy I have gotten into soccer during the pandemic. It is going to be weird to have crisp fall Saturday afternoons with no football. Athletic Departments are going to feel the ripples of this for years. Maybe they are hoping for football in the spring?
  14. His wife -in-law helped set up a clinic in Bloomington for women who are the victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. I can't remember if she is from Bloomington or not. He is also a fan of the Pacers despite being from New York. I did a little more digging and apparently they live in Bloomington part-time. https://www.idsnews.com/article/2020/05/jesse-eisenberg-anna-strout-support-middle-way
  15. I guess I am surprised that people are respecting the rules (players, coaches, staff, journalists, etc.) AND that it still seems to be the same great roundball that I love.
  16. That is a good question and great point, this is working now. I think at this point they have to be at lest considering continuing the bubble for the first part of the season, right? Unless the numbers dip and we get a vaccine, I think baseball is showing how difficult it is to move forward with a normal season. Not so sure that the players will want to do another six months of bubble life though. I guess they could look at MLB and come up with a better solution. The problem with all of this is how fluid it is.
  17. I know it is early and different, but I can't believe how well the bubble seems to be going. Seems like it has been effective at this point at not allowing a spread of infection, it has been entertaining with all the background/campus life story lines and shenanigans, and (best of all) we got to watch meaningful basketball last night.
  18. They had one Level 1 allegation. Kansas has FIVE Level 1 allegations.
