FYI - Single game tickets went on sale yesterday. I bought mine for the season opener against FIU. Really excited to tailgate and watch the Cignetti opener. Pumped that this is a 3:30 kick Get to 6!

It's pretty funny to see the Purdue nerds on HSN take over that board to make sure the "real" story gets out. Somehow Catchings went from an unbelievable 5* to a player Painter doesn't want or need overnight.

Apparently 17/18 head basketball coaches were there. He was the 1/18 that was not. Also, it was for all sports so Teri Moren and Cignetti were there. Dolson as well

Usually that means a team has pretty much told him they are going to take him in the second round. Even a good scrimmage probably won’t get Cam Christie to the first round anyway, so he doesn’t have much to gain.

He is awful. If I remember correctly his AAU stats were really underwhelming, like 3-4 ppg. No Idea how we was a top 50ish recruit for most of high school. Made sense that Archie worshipped him though. to stay on track... I am really surprised at what OSU lost. It was almost the opposite of what people expected. You figure they hire Diebler so they can keep the roster together, instead two of their best players leave. Not sure they came out ahead, but we will see.

His team wasn't going to the tournament unless they won their conference tournament, which they did. However, his firing was announced before that tourney run happened.

Okay great, but real question... when is the last time a coach was fired after his team made the NCAA tournament? Not resigned, retired, or left for another job...but fired. I know it has happened, just can't think of it off the top of my head in recent memory.

Don't we have a thread for next seasons expectations? Pretty sure this has been discussed a ton. FYI - In that thread the ultimate sunshine pumper said we were going to go at least 17-3 in conference. So that is what I will go with :)

I agree with him. I was out on the team with that Auburn loss like you, but I wasn't out on Woody until the Penn State loss. He has given me some excitement and hope with the current roster and his recruiting of the '25 kids, but still concerned for sure.
