  1.   I want him to succeed in Boston and then hear him say "It IS Indiana.  There's no place like home."  The rest of the B1G craps their collective pants and he punks on them for decades to come.  He hangs banners and returns IU to a true blue blood program.
  2.   I'm really worried about our legs..  In our last 5 games we've lost our touch from outside.  I think it's a combination of opponents taking that away and fatigue setting in.   @MSU  38.5 (2FG%)  36.7 (3FG%) Iowa  52.6  (2FG%)  36.0 (3FG%) @PSU  40.0  (2FG%)  33.3 (3FG%) @Mich  63.9 (2FG%)  33.3 (3FG%) Minn 61.5 (2FG%)  11.1 (3FG%)
  3.   LSU has a lot of work to do though, currently 70+ RPI and 56 KenPom.
  4. NW giving pu a fight with most of their team having 3 or more fouls.    Creighton and Butler in a good game with AE having a career high points scored.  He's like 4-5 from deep.
  5. Etherington just hit back to back threes with a rebound in between.
  6.   Having a hot wife should definitely be in the criteria for hiring a coach! :thankyou:
  7.   It's a "completely" random drawing.  I'd put a few bucks on the Lakers getting Simmons...
  8.   Would really like to see IU jump on Nebrasketball early and build a lead.  Hopefully we can see a good bit of Niego, OG, JMor, and... MSB!
  9.   Checkout post #5856
  10.   I believe Stone was called for a technical, along with Charles Thomas (?) of Wiscy, on the play.  Thomas went in the direction of Stone and had words for him after Stone bounced Brown's head off the court.  Maryland made both FTs and Wiscy went 1-2.  The decision to give off setting techs, AFTER reviewing the play, should deserve a suspension for that crew too.  Every analyst, ESPN and BTN, said Stone was lucky or fortunate not to get tossed.  That crap has no place in a basketball game, no matter how frustrated you are or whether your a frosh or not.
  11. Haha, Hawaii is Indiana with less talent.  You'll see Bobbitt or Fleming dribble down and jack up a three on a fast break with Javonovic or Jankovic wide open under the basket.  It's maddening as a fan but fun to watch as a casual fan without strong rooting interest.
  12. I'm coming for you boob.  You're going down!  (Not really, after I good week I fully expect to be completely turrble this week)
  13. Going by ESPN Bracketology IU is a 6 seed in the West opening in Spokane.   http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/bracketology   I would love to see IU get by Temple, obviously, in the first round and have Hawaii upset Oregon.  If you haven't seen Hawaii play they're fun to watch, sometimes.  They look like they're out of control 90% of the time.
  14.   How many of those players went on to win a championship with the team that drafted them?  Tim Duncan?
  15.   A good home win against Nebrasketball and a thumping of instate little brother can only help that.  POTFB
  16. Basketball IQ? Not just the player either.
  17.   I can see them having a game, maybe against Wiscy, were they'll get called for a lot of those moving screens and it costing them.
  18.   Watch Iowa off ball on offense.  They set multiple moving screens on most possessions.  I didn't notice it until I saw a replay of the Iowa-IU game.  Now it sticks out like a sore thumb.
  19.   OG went out on a positive note though so he has that going for him.  I understand there will be runs and momentum changes in college basketball but it seems like we can go from one end of the spectrum to the other, in both ways, in a hurry.
  20. Officiating in college basketball has been horrible this season.  Wagner just straight forearmed a Minny player in the head going for an offensive rebound and the refs saw nothing...  WTH?   Edit:  Really wish I could post a video of it on here.  Took it in slow mo and it's a straight shot to dudes head.  Nothing was called on the floor and I don't believe they ever reviewed it.
  21. Uthoff woke up.  Minny down.
  22.   Two McD's AA and 3-4 other top 50 recruits should make a tourney...?  Baffled!
  23.   He is ready and willing to play solid defense which Troy hasn't shown he can.  While OG might not be able to put up 15 and 8 consistently he wouldn't have to playing solid defense.  After JBJ went down it is easy to point out who isn't giving maximum effort on defense.  That hurts the team as much, if not more, than his out of control layups and assists to the other team.  OG, more often than not, plays within his abilities.  Troy fails miserably at this.
