  1. I applied to IU and only IU. I was accepted and enrolled.
  2. Played football at Washington State
  3. He dunks a lot, because he can! He puts himself in a great position to get a lot of rebound dunks, that's much better than getting a rebound and starting another offensive possession, or worse yet, not getting the rebound because he didn't crash the glass. In the vids I have watched he seems to be a little old school and uses the glass for a lot of baby hooks and finishing moves. I like him a lot and I want him at Indiana.
  4. OSU now with the Carlton commitment
  5. https://www.kentucky.com/sports/college/kentucky-sports/uk-recruiting/article214924215.html
  6. Right on the money, I was going to include, "but his teams weren't historically great"; they made the tourney, but no sweet 16's or better. Deep runs is typically what it takes (along with stats) to be an uber-all-time-great
  7. Pretty good player here, we seem to forget about often: A.J. Guyton chose to play basketball for the Indiana University Hoosiers under coach Bob Knight from 1996 to 2000. He was a four-year starter and appeared in every game while at Indiana. When he left, Guyton was Indiana's all-time leader in three-point baskets (283) and fourth in all-time scoring (2,100).[1] He also ranked eighth in all-time Indiana assists (403) and tenth in steals (128).
  8. Do people even know what starting 5 means? Calbert at the 4 as a slight 6'6", 6'7" forward Scott May as the best center (big) EVER at Indiana?
  9. For some reason when you mentioned that, I was thinking that's where his step-Dad was leaning.
  10. Hurts for us, but probably really hurts for Belien.
  11. I'm saying push for Mann, Lewis or Ramsey, if we are getting positive reciprocating interest.
  12. Hopefully the "experts" are just reacting to it being on the heels of the osu visit, when, perhaps, all it did was clarify between there 3, and could still be IU or Michigan. FINGERS CROSSED
  13. Apparently, all signs are pointing to tO$U
  14. It doesn't hurt than Penny was a 6'8" guard/wing, right down Trendon's alley, about the same as a PG wanting to play for Archie, except Penny had more player success.
  15. USC UCLA Baylor Miami
  16. Anyway, are you guys satisfied with this little exercise and can we go back to basketball now?
  17. The earning market has exploded. There's more opportunuity to make money now than ever before.
  18. Perhaps, if you want to work a 40 hour week, but why limit yourself, to average, for something you want?
  19. We couldn't all fit in Yale's freshman class, even if it was free. Pick a college more middling. 20k would be an 8 hr day. Not extreme with 12-15 credit hours.
  20. I wasn't clear, I meant 2 gap years between high school and college. It probably is illegal these days, thank goodness it wasn't 35 years ago...
  21. Or how about a full-time job during the semester? How about 2 years of full-time before college to save money? How about any number of things that lessen the burden? Anyway, I didn't target any one specific group, I said the 5 I am aware of, me being in the 3rd group all seem to be less responsible etc than the previous.
  22. I'm not a boomer and didn't say anything directed at millennials, but you KNOW EXACTLY who matches best, so you brought them up. I knew this conversation would just deteriorate, so I intended to end my part and move back to basketball, but your feels got triggered so you had to comment anyway.
  23. Not sure your reference, unless you were just making a funny
