Class of 2021 top 100 guard Blake Wesley (South Bend Riley) will take a junior year official visit to Indiana on Nov. 15-17 according to his father.

Some guys over at ITH forum believe it's a  two horse race between A&M and IU.

The Hoosiers are a different team with Penix in the lineup. He’s currently one of 16 quarterbacks with elite grades for the season albeit we’ve seen him in just three games this year. However, in those three games, he hasn’t graded below 74.5 and has the country’s fourth-highest adjusted completion percentage at 84.5%. He’s an accurate thrower with a very strong arm and a strong feel in the pocket for his age. He’s also fared very well when pressured, something he’ll certainly see more of through Big Ten play, as he’s completed 12-of-24 passes for 240 yards and hasn’t thrown an interception. He can lean on his strong play from a clean pocket but if the play breaks down, he’s shown he can escape and make plays with his arm on the move just as easy.”

Know what’s really sad? I read an article about Night at the Phog or whatever their event is called and apparently it featured a video where Bill Self was wearing an adidas shirt with a gold chain and dollar sign pendant. He might as well have given the NCAA the middle finger and I’d bet my next paycheck that the NCAA gives them a light slap on the wrist, if that.

The 6-foot-8, 4-star rated Patterson averaged 19 points and 9.5 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Rutgers Prep.
Playing up a year on the UAA Circuit, Patteson averaged 10.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per contest in games during the spring and summer while shooting 49% overall and 36% from behind the three point line.
On the fringes of 5-star status, Patterson is the No. 34 ranked player nationally in the 2021 class according to the 247Sports Composite.  He is rated as the No. 2 player in New Jersey according to that same service.

Ohio State might be one the top 2 teams in the country. Loaded!

That’s one thing this IU team will have is flexibility. They can go big, small, or really any combination they want depending on matchups.

With our offensive line and running game,  I don't think Jacoby has to take as many chances. Luck wasn't as fortunate to have this line, which caused him to have to force things more. 

It would probably have been better with Luck but I while I have seen a few passes luck probably would have made I also don’t see the boneheaded bad passes he mage either.

He seemed to have an interception every other game that just seemed to kill a drive right before half or when we at least were close enough for a FG.

Luck seemed to thrive under Franks leadership last year and those seemed to decrease but I have been more than impressed with what Jacoby has done.
