I was thinking of the ones last year, I forgot about these. I didn't mind the ones last year, they would make a nice regular without the fluorescent colors added. The jersey at least, I didn't much care for the shorts. That jersey without the flourescent colors would be a nice regular IMO, maybe with a pinstripe instead of that thicker stripe.

The BHM uniforms are pretty nice. Honestly, that coloration without the added colors for BHM would be a nice cream/crimson jersey too.

I agree at this level they are. My concern would be if we manage to land Queen then Woodson would just play Queen at the 5 and Reneau at the 4.

Oh she's definitely one heck of a ball player. She's got an outside chance of breaking Pete Maravich's all time scoring record this year; if she takes her additional year it's guaranteed short of major injury. Granted it's crazy that he scored 3,667 points without the 3pt line. I was thinking the same, some of the people criticizing her would love her if she played for IU. I think some of her theatrics can get annoying but I'd think that no matter who she played for.

You could say the same about Crean in regards to one tournament run. Aside from that Final Four he was pretty mediocre at Marquette, no appearances past the round of 32 and 50/50 if he made the tourney at all plus no top 4 finishes in a major conference.

No. Lower expectations once and you'll always find a reason to do it again.

I wanted Bennett a few years ago. Not sure how his style would appeal to higher ranked recruits but that's a hire that would get media attention.

You didn't see some IU fans holding Ware back while PU's ogre got on the ground after the ball? I could of swore I saw fans guarding the FTs, has to be why we miss so many. Kind of like the staff didn't get any guards in the portal, and left a scholarship open to boot, because fans didn’t know who to get.

We hired a competent coach, then we fired him and gave a self inflicted death penalty over something the NCAA didn't care about.

Self reporting and self sanctioning for what he did are not the actions of a serious program. The NCAA cared so much that what he did isn't even a violation now. We should've kept our yaps shut and made the NCAA do their own jobs then worked with Sampson to clean up off court issues; although with the off court issues we've had under other coaches we shouldn't say much there. Instead we had our holier than thou mentality and blew it up.

That's my concern with May, I'd like to see more from him. Some would say he could be here 30 years but we could need a new coach in 3; same thing I said about Miller and it's no secret I wasn't a fan of that hire.

Dayton is one of those smaller programs where a lot of people look pretty good there and bomb elsewhere. Miller has won less than 40% of his games at Rhode Island and Dayton is top 25 under Anthony Grant.

B1G does have a tendency to be tackle basketball.

He does, Frank Cignetti Jr., was the OC at Pitt last year. Doesn't help IU basketball unfortunately.

As an assistant, sure. No one wanted him for HC.
