  1. A big? Mike Woodson is intrigued.
  2. I'm curious but admittedly my opinion in this administration couldn't get much lower.
  3. No, someone will give him an actual HC gig. Someone that wouldn't be dumb enough to keep Woodson, which is literally every non-IU program in the country.
  4. Last IU merchandise I bought was a Military Appreciation Operation Hat Trick pullover. Wore it once now it's in the closet because it's gotten embarrassing being an IU fan. They won't be serious, I won't by merchandise or tickets etc. A cousin keeps telling me I cam come over to watch UK play, if I didn't loathe that program it'd be tempting; at least they have want to win and do what it takes. They would've run Woodson out of town by now.
  5. Woodson had to be told to go see Mullins after the total no show they pulled. He's semi retired and doesn't want to put in the effort it takes, I have a hard time believing that after 3 years he doesn't realize how much work goes into being a college HC.
  6. Astonishingly incompetent or actively impeding. Even an idiot could've accidentally gotten it right once in the last 20+ years.
  7. How many times do they have to show they really do not care about this program before fans realize it? This program has been woefully mishandled for 20+ years, they'd almost have to be trying to not even get it right accidentally in that time.
  8. Then Dolson needs to resign, because he's around people that would rather take care of their friend even if it's to the detriment of the program. Which tells me next year isn't make or break, they'll let Woodson stay until he decides he's had enough.
  9. They'll look for every excuse imaginable to keep him. No one that's serious about winning would look at the shape this program is in, with the lack of foundation and recruiting mishaps on top of the results, and say "let's keep him".
  10. You already know it will be. They'll be grossly incompetent but that won't matter.
  11. Can we get someone to do the actual coaching? Let Woodson sit there and look important while not actually doing anything.
  12. I'd hope they're bumbling idiots, otherwise I'd think they're actively trying to kill the program.
  13. It's a stupid a$$ plan. No serious program would've hired him, let alone hang on to him like that. There's no foundation because of how poorly he's done, he didn't deserve another year. It's just proof IU stopped giving a crap about this program a long time ago.
  14. Hang on to bad coaches too long so you don't look mean. Per usual with IU.
  15. It was time for change this season. We need to stop hanging on to bad coaches for too long.
  16. Hard liquor, and lots of it.
  17. Also proves just how deeply unserious they are about this program. They'd rather save the blackeye and keep one of their own then do what's best for the program.
  18. Let's be honest with ourselves, the administration never really considered moving on. You don't go from 'Buckner won't stand in the way' to 'he's coming back' in a matter of hours if it's a real consideration. They announced it because they heard the rumors and wanted people to accept the sad reality. You want their attention? It's not emails some unfortunate intern goes through, stop buying tickets etc. As long as they get your money they do not care how the program is doing and they just confirmed that.
  19. And we should already know they'll look for every excuse in the book to bring him for a fifth barring, maybe, a completely horrid season.
  20. The message from this is clear: keep giving us your money and shut the f up about the results because we do not care.
  21. What happened? IU showed just how deeply unserious they are about their most visible program, that's what happened.
  22. I liked old school WWE. Glass shatters, middle fingers, stunners, leave.
  23. No. Any person involved in this disaster of a decision though is free game
  24. And IU admit they screwed up? If they were willing to admit their mistake Woodson wouldn't have been brought back.
