    If adding a GM role helps get Stevens then you add a GM role. IIRC some football programs already do so it's probably just a matter of time for basketball anyway.

    As great as that would be, saying he has 2 weeks to decide doesn't really sound like putting in a 2 week notice to their current employer to me.

    I can see Dolson feeling the need to try and mend relationships with AAU coaches. It doesn't seem wise to mention any particular coach without them being signed though.

    Some seem to be. I'll believe it when it's announced. Assuming the "non-college coach" is referring to Stevens then obviously talks and negotiations have been happening.

    I'd say no. If Stevens accepts there's zero chance that doesn't get out.

    Not surprising at all. The theory that he wanted a lower buyout in case IU opened up didn't really pass the smell test to me. If we wanted him we should moved last year.

    Just tell Woodson they're offering a lifetime extension and to get it he has to meet at a golf course that's conveniently about 1,000 miles away. Take him on the IU jet, when he gets off, fly back to Bloomington without him.

    I don't know, it's possibly the smartest thing he did with IUBB and it still came back to bite us.

    Just listed to this. He thinks last season was a good year and said he'd be here as long as he wanted in front of his boss. Woodson needs his head examined. Just reinforces that he thought he was untouchable.

    MN2S, it's a talent agency that lists Stevens on their roster.

    I did some checking and May has Michigan with similar offensive and defensive ratings to Marquette last year, who lost in the Sweet 16, in year 1.
