1) Buckeyes ran the ball 50 times. Somewhere Woody Hayes is smiling. 2) Wilson had a conservative game plan. We score after the INT and it's a one score game in the 4th with our D playing well. Almost worked. 3) That is the best defense we will face all season. By far. Our O will be fine. 4) Our D is gonna be reallly good next year. And they ain't too shabby right now! Onward gentlemen, this team is capable of some good things. Go Hoosiers!

NC State- Notre Dame playing an absolute slopfest on the fringes of Hurricane Matthew. Almost unwatchable, but ND losing 3-0 makes it worth it for brief stretches.

Lol I understand your pessimism, just don't agree with it. The program is moving steadily in a positive direction. I'm not asking for everyone to be sunshine pumpers 24/7, but at least some interest would be nice. This program has a rapidly approaching ceiling if we can't fill the stadium for prime time match-ups with the leagues big boys. We competed with them last year and they had 12 guys get drafted, 5 in the first round. I think we give them a game they'll remember. Go Hoosiers!

I think it'll be competitive. Might catch them peeking ahead to Wisconsin on the road next week, but Meyer (disgusting warts and all) is a pretty good football coach. But 19 yr old kids will be 19 yr old kids from time to time. Even if we should get blown out it's nothing to get bent out of shape about, providing we don't look totally inept doing so. They are a very good football team, not many teams go into Norman and smack the Sooners around. And they did exactly that. That being said, Allen is a far better DC than little Stoops. So we got that going for us. Go Hoosiers!

Fantastic win. Good atmosphere. Team has things to improve on and the crowd can step it up another notch or two also. So many positive things happening with this program, wish more people would embrace it. Onward! Go Hoosiers!

Defense was solid. Can't get pressure on the qb with four, but Allen is pretty creative at disguising his blitzes. He'll need to be or that will become problematic in conference play. Need to hear the injury reports on Simmie and Feeney before I freak about the offense. I really think Simmie's presence would help Lagow immensely. All in all, we didn't look dominating except for a couple brief stretches and still were in total control and won comfortably. I'll take that. 2 down, 13 to go Go Hoosiers!

Totally agree. Back to back bowl games is still progress, slow and steady, but progress never the less. I think we have enough talent all around to get back to a bowl even if the QB play is medicore. If Lagow gets it and clicks, we'll see one or more of those breakthrough wins we've been hoping for.
