  1. I think we are playing better in this stretch than we did when we were #1.
  2. Not every call on the baseline has been right so far.
  3. I like how we are staying with intelligent basketball even when everything isn't going great.
  4. This crowd is dead
  5. Not about getting it. It's about this is what we do. There is a reason why 9 of the 10 largest high school gyms in the US are from Indiana. Because we showed up when they were being built. It's not a matter getting anything. It's what Indiana people like to do.
  6. Times have changed...
  7. He already has his masters. Would not be easy.
  8. Dakich shouldn't have made this a public thing. I don't blame Guyton for his response.
  9. And I thought northern lights was weed I bought in Colorado. I was wrong.
  10. Although hopefully we will see 11 switched out with 12.
  11. Another day. Copy and paste still works. World is spinning.
  12. Ah now I get the hamburgler reference.
  13. Lol but it's a good way to start a Friday...
  14. Cause we are a football school.
  15. I am not saying it's an Indiana thing but it was that way in high school too. You just went to every game. That's why the gyms are what they are in this state. I graduated high school in 2000. It's just hard for me to understand. Just different.
  16. I thought this should go here.  I know there are a lot of issues with our offense.  We surely have as many if not more traditionalists than many schools.  This is a quote from Bob Huggins on ESPN.com from an interview today.   What's the biggest change in the game over the past 10 or 20 years? There's more bounce in the ball than there's ever been. Go back to Coach [Henry] Iba, Coach [Bob] Knight and his influences: There was motion -- a lot of passing, lot of cutting, lot of screening. Now you give one guy the ball, ball-screen for him, let him bounce, try to create, kick it to other people. But one guy dominates the ball. Before, it wasn't that way. Before it was more of an onus on recruiting guys that had skill level. Now there's not as much skill level in terms of passing, cutting, the fundamental things. Everything is created off the bounce.
  17.   That is nuts.  I know it was honest on JTreesh's part.  It just shocks me as it would never have been a consideration to not go to a game when we had a chance.  I am honestly still stunned by it.
  18. Absolutely.  My Sophomore year we went to the title game.  Well, we know how it went soon after.  I don't think the temperament ever changed.  Different times for sure.  I remember IU games as much as anything from college.  But, I am probably different.  I just enjoyed being part of creating that environment.
  19. The product on the court isn't the only thing different. I wonder how many top programs have students that feel that way. I hope they give more tix to the public. The student section is constantly changing in size year to year. I have no problem with students watching the games from KOK. I just hope they release some tix to people that want to go.
  20. I would agree about more alum probably being out of state but there is a fairly healthy alum group in state. It's the state school. We went there cheaper. In the area it's mostly alum that some live Indy and some up north.
  21. Wisconsin game students weren't back and that game was part of the 3 pack game. Not typical attendees.
