Game is right there, but big difference is free throwing and hustle for Oregon. No excuse for a lack of either, but for some reason continues to hurt IU. If IU steps it up, they should win this game.

I’m sure every fan base thinks this way, but is this the worst team in the ‘24-‘25 season that shoots itself in the foot more than these Hoosiers? So many mental mistakes, missed points at the line, and horrible shot selection ….. Sucks knowing how good this team could be.

Not playing well on offense at all, and Oregon is hitting shots. IU needs to step it up on both ends. A lot of game left but IU needs to get it going, especially on offense.

Need good games from Rice and Carlyle tonight.

I was about an hour behind from watching the game live. Great job by our Hoosiers, and noticed the staff put in a few plays that I thought really helped on offense. Liked the screen set letting Malik drive to his left, giving him space to get to the basket with not a clogged lane. Only nitpick is going to the big lineup with Galloway and Leal on the bench. Gave Washington some life. Please stay away from that!

Church is over and now waiting for church leadership meeting to start. Spent all service praying for Brad Stevens (not kidding what so ever…..) and after church I got a call and the caller id actually said bandwidth.com. lol. I’m taking that as a sign it’s Brad and we purchased more bandwidth for everyone to get on board.

Since it looks like Fran’s time is up at Iowa, how come he isn’t being considered for the job? Dude would kill it here with our NIL ;)

Absolutely no to Pitino Jr and Brownell. Would make no sense to hire those 2, none at all other than IU doesn’t want a nationally competitive program. Give me Cronin 100x’s over than those 2.

Agreed. To me, Rice is not being utilized correctly. Kills me that this team doesn’t run more, which takes advantage of his strengths. He does struggle, and reminds me of Troy Williams as you get good and bad moments within seconds of each other, but there’s a lot of talent there.

Team didn’t play well, lacked energy, but got it done. It what could have been a major let down game, they grinded it out and helped their Tourney resume. Wasn’t pretty, but good job fellas.

I mean, I tell my wife all the time, listen to me and great things happen!

Why does this team make basketball so hard?! Easy missed buckets, awful passes, and too much laziness at times. So frustrating to watch.

Has the makings of a letdown game unfortunately. Players clearly don’t have the same intensity and fight in them, even Leal. With how Baldwin is playing, gonna have to keep Rice and Carlyle on him. Have to have this game if you want to squeak into the tournament.

IU hardly playing with any fight. Just going through the motions for the majority of this game. Either Ballo is being extremely lazy or was told not to go for blocks with Reneau out.

This is kind of been how I thought things would happen. Stevens says no, but by no means are we missing out if we end up with Drew or May. Both of those two are really good coaches who can do great things at IU. I’ve always been hopefully Stevens would come to IU, but just can’t bring myself to get hyped or excited about it. Landing one of those 3 is a huge win for IU.
