I still don’t get why Woodson refuses to run in transition to try and get easy buckets. This team can struggle to score, which has been evident in this game, but we have no transition game. Very frustrating.

For me, if IU hires Beard, then I will support that decision. I doubt it happens, but will support it because I feel the administration did their homework and feel comfortable with the hire. See how everything shakes out.

Ready for this search to be over. Would obviously prefer an elite coach, but can understand an up and comer. Really my only disappointment would be another coach that is mediocre or very little success (Brownell). Regardless, just hope the coach builds a very successful legacy and turn this program around.

Taco Bell about to escape?

I defended Chris the other day, but also going to defend @BGleas. He’s been around a long time as well, and always been a poster I’ve respected. He’s just offering his take because of his knowledge of the NBA side and working in the Celtics organization. BG is a good poster, never caused any issues!

Whether we get Brad or not, I plan to support whoever we hire. I may not jump for joy or go streaking through the quad, I’m just ready to turn this chapter in IU basketball and get to a better place. Really hoping Dolson and company get this hire right, because IU is a sleeping giant that can get right back to a national powerhouse on a continually basis. IU has everything in place to be an elite program once again, just hope the right guy is hired and hits the ground running. Just think of how awesome it would be having a tremendous IU men’s and women’s basketball, football, and mens soccer all together dominating (can’t leave out the swim and dive team either!) Go Hoosiers!

Brad Brownell?

I don’t know @Chris007 at all, but I’ve been around IU message boards for 20 years and have never seen him cause any issues. He continuously welcomes Purdue Jockstraps to the board and takes time to respond to people.. I have no clue if he has sources or not, but you have some sort of agenda. I’m breaking my rule for responding to trolls, but while this may get deleted, I just have two words for you….

This is a great question and I think increased talent could be huge. Not saying a guarantee, but could be huge. Think about this past year’s IU football team. Really good and got the most out of what they could, but could tell a difference once playing top tier teams. If it is McDermott and with an increase in talent, you never know what could happen.

Don’t have my connections anymore and since moving to St. Louis, I get no leakage…..

That and the missed Goode blockout on the 3pt really hurt. Can’t remember if they scored on that, but that hurt along with the awful block call on Rice that is 100% a charge. Regardless, IU blew this one. Happens to all teams, but just much more under Woody.

So frustrating and sad. Game should have been won, but shouldn’t be surprised. Woody is almost out the door, so that’s a positive.

Nothing like screwing this game away from lack of effort for defensive rebounding and loose balls, but also endless mental mistakes. So frustrating seeing a talented team continuously play like this.

GOODE, GET THE FREAKING REBOUND!! Gosh dang it, block out and it’s our ball. Given up too many offensive rebounds.
