I’ve been vocal about not wanting Brownell, as have most, but if he makes at least the Sweet16 this year, doesn’t that soften your stance on him a little or won’t change? Piggyback, if he makes an Elite 8 or Final 4, does that help?

Hopefully our Hoosiers make the dance! The dance is always a little sad when our Hoosiers don’t make it, even with the last 8-9 years. Either way, we become one day closer to getting our new coach. Will support whoever it is and give them a chance, while critiquing it depending on who it is lol.

I live over just west of Eureka/Six Flags. Got lucky, tornado went through a couple towns just west of us.

I have no inside info, but he’s someone I could understand taking a chance on. Not at the top, but one at the mid-major level that I like.

Figured it all out through the message board rumors: - IU went hard after Stevens and eventually got told no. - IU has stayed in contact with Stevens to create a successful “front office” like the Celtics have and how they built a successful team. - IU will hire a hot up and comer in McCollum. - The Turgeon smoke is because they are bringing him in to be the GM to help McCollum adjust to the game, and so DMV doesn’t have to get a tattoo of Turgeon riding a turdgeon. I go to my kiddo’s 2nd grade music program and I have to read freaking 40 pages. Dang what a night on here lol. Here’s my thing, if it’s McCollum, I think we truly need to get behind him to give our full support. Not saying we have to be blinded and not voice our concerns, but we need to be supportive. He’s not in my top 5 of candidates that I want, but I believe he has a lot of potential. Let’s just try not to get all caught up in potential rumors until more stuff starts to come out. Don’t ruin your weekend when we won’t know anything until early next week most likely.

Not surprising but very disappointing when this game could have been had, but each time IU made a run, they would stop doing what worked. Don’t know if I’ve ever seen a team this bad at sustaining momentum. Glad this era is almost over!

I don’t think he’s truly this bad, I think it’s the system he’s in is awful for him. Not saying he’s all conference in the B1G, but I think he has a lot more talent that what he’s showcasing.
