I sure hope not.... I could very easily see us end up with 13 BIG wins (including 1 in the BTT) and a Sweet 16 exit.... Based on our schedule.   To me that is not nearly enough to save his job. I hope Glass is nowhere near that lenient... 16 BIG Wins (20-21 possible) and Elite 8 (even Sweet 16 depending on Matchups) and I could see him getting another year.... *** not that I would condone it.

You guys are starting to sound really depressing!!!!   I thought it was basically a done deal, and now all this talk about potentially still having the same coach next season?????   MAKE THE TOURNEY.... Oh please don't let that be any type of measuring stick....

IU - 97 State - 55   Am I expecting too much?

IU - 106 IPFW - 60   Even with half hearted defensive effort they shouldn't score more than 60 and if any shots are falling the century mark doesn't stand a chance.... so with starters still playing with 2 minutes to go I predict a 45+ point victory!

SHOULD BE... Yes But I don't see it.... With there Defense being "decent" and our Defense making their offense look good I will be surprised if this isn't still a game with 5 minutes to go... hopefully our talent pulls away at the end but I don't think this will bring any peace of mind to the fanbase...

I will be watching this too, they are rated about 50 spots above us currently on defense... Would we (I) want their Defense will be a question I ask myself during this game...

Any changes today? Any new lineups? New emphasis? New Defense?   Or same as always and because of who we are playing it seems like we have turned a corner?   According to KenPom they are the 186th best Offense... Over under 69.5 pts?

Sorry buddy... My brother in law is a Dukie too... And he thinks he is the coach.. He stands the whole game, jumps around in front of the TV, screams instructions to the players etc... And he is coming over tonight.. Not sure he will make it out alive... Hope my neighborhood doesn't plan on getting to bed early tonight with the both of us going crazy (hopefully I have something to go crazy about)

The 2nd team defensive effort/results were much better than the 1st team... That pressure defense backing into zone looked good with Hartman, Z, OG.... not nearly as good when Yogi, JBJ, ROJO came in

And #20 falls again   So I pretty much assumed it was a given  with our performance in Maui that when the polls come out tomorrow we will no longer be included.... however with all these teams losing as well this week what are the chances we hang in around the 23-25 range?   I know polls at this point in the season don't mean much, but they DO to fans like me.... especially if UofL is one of the teams that breaks into the polls as we fall out.

Oh yea definitely agree with that.   I know I have heard people before say that RMK grew to be more important that the name on the front of the jerseys type stuff... BS could come in and almost instantly have that same aura... and as long as he wins it would grow.   Sorry for the confusion.

Disagree.... I want Stevens as much as anybody else but if the administration is really worried about this we are in serious trouble!   If we were to pull Stevens he would come in God-Like already without ever doing anything, and if/when he is successful it will just continue to grow

I don't get how the fans booing is hurtful to the perception of the fan-base, or the perception of the University.   If you go to a game you are a Supporter.... if you boo you are letting your voice be heard, regardless if you are booing the Refs, the Coach, the players.... all of them deserve it at times so why is it so unacceptable? You Boo when Crean is introduced pregame and the players know EXACTLY who is being booed.... you boo when a bad call is made they know we are booing the ref... and if we boo when a bad play is made then the players know it is directed at them and hopefully will learn from it...   I am not advocating Booing specifically, but I just don't see the huge negative in it that apparently many others do?   You can say they are young kids, you can say they are amateurs, but in the end they do not need to be coddled... If they want the praise/cheers for doing great why can't they get the repercussions/boos when they do something bad? Crean has a long long long history of bad (per our IU Standards) and unless something changes he deserves all the boos... Much rather him get booed on national tv at a home game than his family get heckled in other places.

11, 14, 15, 18, 20, & 25 all go down yesterday (all but #18 is an upset).... College Basketball is crazy to start out this year.... doesn't make me feel any better about IU except that a lot of teams will have that bad loss when it comes to March.

I know it's been said 100 times but I had a UK fan tell me today he hopes Tom Crean stays at IU forever, also mentioned that he can't believe the talent level we have and the what could be...
