I still say we need 3 more west coast teams if we are going to 20 teams. It would make it easier with 4 5 team divisions and make it easier for USC and UCLA with scheduling. I still go with my original teams if Oregon, Washington, Standford and ND.

I know everyone is really high on UNC and that is understandable but they were a 9 seed going into the tournament. They were just average throughout the season and got hot for 3 weeks.

First of all I hate all of this expansion in college sports but if we do this then go to 20 teams. Add Oregon, Washington, Stanford and ND then go to 4 5 team division. West - USC, UCLA, Standford, Washington and Oregon Midwest- Neb., Iowa, UW, Minnesota and UI. Central- MSU, UM, PU, NW, ND. East- Maryland, Rutgers, PSU, OSU, IU

I would think you would have to find a way that you play UCLA and USC on the road in the same year as well as home the next year but probably wouldn't work out. Also why do you have Notre Dame in the conference instead of Maryland

To me if we have 16 teams we need the go back to having traveling partners like they use to have. Rutgers/Maryland PSU/OSU IU/PU UM/MSU UI/NW UW/Minn. Iowa/Neb. UCLA/USC If you play a 20 conference game season then you play 10 teams once and 5 teams twice. You play your travel partner twice a year and two other travel partners twice and the other sets once.

To me this is all about football so I wish the top 20 football programs just start a mega football conference only and leave everything else the same.

IU played Xavier in the second round of the 93 tournament at the RCA Dome which I attended.

Wonder if the fans of Duke and UNC saying the same thing about IU that we are saying about playing UVA. They probably say that playing IU is not as good as playing UM or MSU or OSU

Why Miami? UVA is a lit better program and a win against them would a bigger win.

They just look at the style of play and don't enjoy that style so they think they aren't good.

Totally agree with you. Play 4 top teams and then a couple of lower level power 5 teams. The other 5 play against teams between 150-250

Pretty sure Ebanks and Holloway both signed with IU. They got out of their LOI after Sampson was fired.

All you have to do is look at the last 6 champions and you don't see a lot of top recruits on those rosters. Villanova twice, UNC, UVA, Baylor and KU. You see a lot of recruits ranked between 30-80 on those rosters.
