If the average IN HS coach is better than pro coaches, why are NBA teams not poaching IN HS coaches left and right? Do NBA teams like bad basketball and not winning? Seems like the simple solution for teams that want to improve would be to just hire some IN HS coaches, at least as assistants in offensive or defensive coordinator type positions. I guess this would apply to colleges, too. It must be a well kept secret how great IN HS coaches are although it's surprising that college coaches wouldn't notice when scouting players.

I'm ok with Battle instead of Ledlum. Battle has better shooting percentages and did it against B1G level competition instead of Ivy League. So Battle is a known element while Ledlum is more of an unknown on how he'd do in the B1G.
