not sure why 2 and 3 really matters in recruiting scenarios. Do recruits come out with a post recruitment rankings? I choose Indiana, but in a close second was UConn, and coming in third was UNC. Here are my top 25 end of my recruitment rankings:

fair enough. I think you are correct in terms of over 30 years there is plenty of blame to go around. This year there is plenty of blame to go around. players, CMW, staff, et al. President Whitten seems to have a rededication to athletics. At least early on, not sure lately as I dont follow that nor in the know. Scott Dolson, has seemed to do a fair job, but the next bball coach has his job at stake.

So are you saying this is an institutional issue and Woodson/previous coaches arent to blame. Whoever comes next wont succeed?

2 weeks ago I was still in the Woodson camp. Now I am not. bare minimum, with the talent we have you cannot lose at home to unranked PSU and Nebraska by 13 and 14 points. Love Woody, I hope he announces he's stepping away after the last regular season game, giving him the B1G tournament his farewell tour. Otherwise can him at halftime of game 1 of BTT when we are down by 10 at HF against OSU or Michigan and hopefully IU is currently kicking tires to have someone lined up next day.

i dont know what people expected. IU is not a desired destination for football coaches. scratch that anything football. If you want head coaching experience, it would have to be someone that has baggage or from the non P5.

favorite type of seasons. High expectations usually result in disappointment. The under the radar season winning games you're not supposed to is the best.

I think HSN crashed again and I am kind of glad. Some of those old curmudgeons over there are know it all’s and think they should be the next AD. Not that excited with the BS stuff initially.... open minded enough to give this a shot. We will know more in a year.
