  1. Yep. Going to need him and Galloway to make GD's life miserable saturday or will Kopp get that assignment?. I worry about Race struggling defensively with their smaller lineup. IU "should" have advantage on the interior but will be tough matching up our bigs with some of their other guys. A lot, and I mean a lot, has to go right for IU to steal a win on the road in this one. I simply want IU coming out ready and competing for a full 40 minutes. They do that and I'm fine with whatever the result is. This game will only help them later in B1G season on the road because I doubt they'll see anything like this aside from W. Laffy. 2. Probably the best one I had ever heard honestly. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  3. Correct me if I'm wrong (not being a smart @$$) seriously correct me, but aren't you one of the people that kept insisting K. Lander get more PT last year? Seems like a similar type of argument here except you're on the other side this time. And K. Lander didn't do worth a diddly poo against B1G or cupcakes. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  4. I do not condone a man abusing a woman under any circumstance unless their life or another's is in immediate danger!!! Not sure I can be more clear. But as stated above things have context. I am not using this following story for comparison or as a way to advocate for Chris Beard. I've been in a situation where woman had me cornered in a bedroom and was swinging relentlessly on me. What do you do there? I restrained her arms. She then starts kicking so I put my leg in front of hers and used the bed as sort of pinning spot. After about a minute or so she realized it was over and calmed down enough to where I could let go. Did I beat her in that scenario? What if I would have left a bruise or scratch? I didn't but you could see how that would be possible. Had police been called that evening and she had any marks on her I would have gone to jail. If you're lucky enough to have never been in a situation like this then be thankful. Although we are generally bigger and stronger it can still be terrifying when someone is trying to do as much harm as possible to you. I really didn't want to share that story but obviously a lot of people haven't experienced anything like that and maybe it allows for you to put yourself in that spot and think of how it could all turn out. Ughh....thought I was done Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  5. The fighting Camels. Not many animals as intimidating as a camel. Also nothing encapsulates the state of NC like a [emoji247] Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  6. I thought that but then for some reason i thought he passed away. Then I realized that's Bernie Mac that passed away. Anyhow thank you. My pop culture education is pretty awful. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  7. I expect Wisconsin to be shutting that door in short order. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  8. First off are you glad to have your thread back? Lol 2nd I have no idea who he is with....should I know who that is? Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

  10. There with ya. I am upset with that first 10 minutes but beyond that I thought they played hard and lost to the better team. No shame in that. I'm also not going to be upset with a loss at Allen Fieldhouse either if that happens. Now come out unprepared and make dumb mistakes for 10 minutes again and I'll be upset. 11. Not sure how you arrived at the conclusion that I am an advocate for either Beard or domestic violence but I assure you that is not the case. I'll say 2 things and let this whole thing go. 1) Neither of them were in a rational state of mind in that scenario so yes that would be true 2) maybe 'crazy' is an unfair characterization but she clearly is at least irrational as well as she took his glasses and broke them. You don't do that while believing it's the right thing to do. You do that to escalate a situation or to try and draw some sort of line. If I had to guess this is probably a pretty toxic relationship and both have their wrongs. He can be a POS (he is) and she can also be whatever term you want to use....both can be true. Ok that was more than 2. Anyhow I'm done expressing my thoughts on this matter....I think. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah I'm going with he doesn't have crap. I don't think too many people are like Johnny Depp. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  13. Seems like a strange move for the aggressor but maybe so. Anyhow it doesn't matter if she's crazy or not (for the record I'm sticking with my guess) he needs to have self control and remove himself from the situation. Clearly he did not, is a piece of crap and will pay for his mistakes one way or another. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  14. Not that it matters but the whole story isn't being told and it's pretty obvious. Why would a grown man bite someone on the arm? Only 2 reasons: 1) to get them to move their arm from where it is which would obviously be a defense 2) to eat them. Again it doesn't matter because he cannot do what he did and he deserves to be fired and held accountable but she probably is throw an ash tray through sliding glass door kinda crazy as well. Just guessing. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  15. He'll be back I think. Maybe not a P5 for quite sometime but he'll be back. Probably take over Iona after Rick leaves. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

  17. This is just epically bad from a PR standpoint for UT if they let him coach tonight. How pivotal of a game is Home against Rice that you can't just say "hey coach you're sitting this one out"? Regardless of your long game play here. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  18. So apparently Texas still has not determined whether Beard will be on the sidelines tonight??? I mean the only path here is to at least put him on leave until you've gathered info right? Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  19. Sounds like an expensive post for@Stuhoo Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  20. That's no good. I get CPR certified at work for situations like that. Not that I'll save a life but hopefully I can help just enough until someone that knows what they're doing shows up. Sad Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  21. That's their cue for the 1st loss of the year Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  22. Might be tough without victim's testimony? Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
  23. It's tragic because as Stuhoo eluded to earlier this is probably not the 1st time and probably not the last. You don't beat up on a women for the first time at his age. Sadly what is most likely to happen is what you described and him just going on without punishment of any kind which also makes him feel empowered to continue the behavior. 24. Remarkable....he's likely to go unscathed. If he choked his fiance A) he should be gone given his profession B) she needs to run far, far away from him Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk
