2 weeks ago this team was spiraling downward rapidly so people were upset and rightfully so. Now to these guys' credit they have bounced back very nicely. That said this team still hasn't achieved anything of note yet and to most, I ssume, a 6-4 conf record would be underachieving given what was expected. Injuries did play a part in the team's performance but it wasn't all injuries and that excuse got old quick. We still had more talent coming off of our bench than the teams we were losing to had in their starting lineups. Good news is there is still plenty of time to reach some goals and have a great season. Bad news is we dug ourselves such a hole that the margin of error has shrunk. This 5 game win streak should have been part of 8-2, 9-1 conf record instead of what has brought us back to the pack. Nervous energy about this game. I'm expecting a loss but if they can pull it off that'd be 6 in a row and 3 of those on the road. I would start thinking very highly of this team's potential again.
