  1. FT's matter a whole lot more to teams that struggle to shoot from the perimeter I'd venture to guess. So I'd say yeah the low FT% for this team could matter quite a bit. Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

  3. It's Indiana......football MD 37 IU 31 Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  4. No I didn't miss them. The better question I should have asked is what "different" would you like to see that hasn't been done already? That better? It seems as if you'd like to play a style that wouldn't work to our strengths. If of course you are suggesting a ball control style. We won't beat the OSU's and PSU's because we are way outmatched in talent not because we weren't "different". Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  5. So chew the clock? Don't make them respect the field passed the safeties and hope for a bunch of FG's is the way to beat them? We've tried that and it hasn't worked for......well the entire duration of Indiana football. Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  6. Just remember it could be worse. Rutgers is suppose to be a football school. https://www.nj.com/rutgersfootball/2019/10/rutgers-hits-rock-bottom-why-scarlet-knights-humiliating-loss-to-indiana-is-programs-lowest-moment-yet.html Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  7. Everything is an unpleasant experience anymore. It's the same 5-10 people in a pissing match each and every week. The only solidarity here is that literally everyone gets angry at IUGradman. Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

  10. I look forward to seeing him on the floor much like I did last year. Difference from many on here however is that I am cautiously optimistic. I'm afraid too many here have unrealistic expectations of a kid that has yet to play a minute of college ball. I will hope for the best and expect the realistic. That said he was the Fr I was most excited for last year even over Romeo. That does not mean I expected him to be better than Romeo but that I figured he'd be at least a 2 year player Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

  13. Anyone else see the "there's no place like sports" commercial for ESPN? IU/KY court storm is the last shot of the commercial. Kinda cool Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

  15. I'd just like to say that as far as Penix vs Ramsey it isn't even close. Penix absolutely has the upside that Ramsey doesn't and therefore he gives the team the best chance I believe. Now I will say that Penix needs to work on accuracy and at times taking a little off of his throws and putting some air under others. Those things can be worked on. Overall I thought he looked good. Other facets of the team do not seem to be very good to start the season. Justus saved IU's @$$ Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  16. This thread seems to be polarizing. Kind of odd that anyone is upset about it really. 1) some people clearly are interested in this kid and his development whether Archie wants him or not 2) don't have to read every thread. There are a number of threads that I don't even open because it's either something I'm not invested in or I already know the basic tone of the whole thing. I agree on repetition/beating the dead horse but if you want to start regulating that then you'll have to eliminate about 25% of posters here. Live and let live unless some kind of rule is being violated. But that's just my opinion Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  17. I hope not as well. I'm not being a pessimist for the sake of being a pessimist. I really want Archie and the team to succeed beyond anyone's expectations. However, based on what I have seen with my eyes I do not believe this is a much improved team over last year. I honestly doubt Archie gets fired after year 3 but it's suppose to be a hot take right? 18. 20-15 (10-10) NIT semi-final finish Devonte Green 15 Rob Phinisee 11 Al Durham 7 TJD 9 Deron Davis 13 1) Archie Miller is fired after missing the NCAAT 3 straight years despite making it to NY in the NIT 2) Al Durham goes grad transfer route after season and goes home to GA and reunites with coach that recruited him to IU Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk

  22. I just got a new phone and tried to reinstall the app and it isn't available in Google play store. This doesn't answer your question but just another issue to share. Sent from my Pixel 3a XL using Tapatalk
  23. Lol. He didn't even try to hide his identify via posting style or content. At least Bailey has attempted a little bit Sent from my Pixel XL using BtownBanners mobile app
  24. The only role I ever liked him in and it was one of his first. Also a Late 20's MM digging 16 year old girls is slightly different than a 22 year old digging an 18 year old. That said still funny anytime you get to use that line. Sent from my Pixel XL using BtownBanners mobile app
  25. Agree with this. All of it. Sent from my Pixel XL using BtownBanners mobile app
