Not trying to be contradictory or a smart aleck, I'm asking because I truly don't know: Was getting Wright actually an option? I know he de-committed from Dayton, but would he have followed Archie to B-town? Plus, not only were we out of scholarships, but we were one over (before Gelon left). If memory serves, Durham, Smith and Moore all initially de-comitted after Crean was shown the door, but Archie got them to stay. Maybe he should've let one of them go?
