I didn't think we would win, but I still can't get over that PSU was essentially gifted 25 points. A recap .. 7 -- TD after stupid fumble-not fumble on our first possession 7 -- TD on long Clifford run with obvious missed hold 7 -- TD after stupid, stupid fake punt 4 -- Dropped TD pass on which we settle for FG (OK that's not giving them points, but it's taking 4 away from us) Why, oh why, can't we win these games! ... So damn frustrating.

Even now, we're committing penalties! Good Lord -- this team needs discipline.

These are the kinds of games we keep saying we have to win. Yet we don't. And while PSU is better, the opportunities have been there. Really disappointed.

OK, so maybe that's us getting those 7 points back. 'Cause that should've been a pick-six. Ramsey needed to put more zip on that ball. (Although that Clifford TD came after a very obvious hold).

Ohhh. ... Did anybody see the obvious hold as Clifford broke up the middle? Our guy had a beat on him, but the PSU lineman just tackled him. Man, we need to get some breaks here and that's one we should get. Very obvious penalty.

Not sure why this is being reviewed. Even if it's a fumble, the PSUs recovered.

Why did he turn back inside on that return? It looked as if the entire outside of the field was open!

In a game in which we need to play perfect to even have a minute chance to win, we have a major fuke-up right off the bat. I don't care if he didn't touch it (I don't think he did), that was just plain idiotic. GD, we can't afford to be stupid today! (BTW, this is major college football. Why can't they find an angle that shows what really happened? Even the announcers said he didn't touch it).

Why, oh why, did he do that? Just stay away from it!

I definitely think they should fine Garrett, but rather than suspend him, they should send him to the Bengals.

I hope someone tells him that if he enjoyed beating the PUs last night, he can have a couple more cracks at them each year he's in Bloomington. Fun times.

I work with a Marquette grad who said Garcia's announcement is tomorrow. Has anybody heard this? ... I was thinking I saw somewhere in this massive thread that he would announce the 20th (a week from today). I was listening to a couple D.C. radio guys the day of Game 7 of the World Series. One said he was predicting the Nationals would win, but wouldn't be surprised if the Astros pulled it out. So in that vein, here's my prediction on Garcia: I think he signs with IU, but could very well pick Marquette. There you have it!
