I know a guy who knows a guy...kidding... I grew up with a guy who is a Scout for the Suns now. HIS line on TJD is they wouldn't draft him for even development right now. He said he wants to see how much muscle he can put on over the next year. He doesn't think he is physical or strong enough to play the 4 or 5 right now. If he had a shot, he could be considered a 3, but, he doesn't have a shot. This is just one Scout and others might have different lines on TJD, but the strength is something here hears from may of them.

Anybody else coming around to this is as good as it gets with Archie, or do I get ran off again for being critical of him? Still Creans fault? ANybody figured out what he is trying to do on offense?

I find it funny that Universities are worrying about revenue shortfalls. Let me rephrase, they are facing revenue shortfalls and lots of revenue. The thing that is funny, Stanford for instance has $27 Billion dollars in their endowment. IU has $2.5 Billion in endowment. Some of the funds in the endowment are restricted, but a very low percentage. Why do Universities need Billion dollar investment accounts? To build University buildings? No, they issue bonds for that. This whole "OMG the Sky is falling" for a decrease in revenue shortfalls thus cutting sports is a hoax on all of our intelligence. MOST Schools have the money to maintain all of their sports, for SEVERAL years....what they are telling us is having Billions of dollars in Investment accounts (for what?) is more important.

Opinion: A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof: s You cannot say as fact IU would have made tourney last year because they never selected teams..so to say they would have is just an opinion. Purdue, Big Ten and NCAA......That is how I define success at IU. I don't do moral victories. We won 9 8 9 what does that mean? It means we have finished 6th, 9th and 10th.....haven't beat Purdue in how long? and while I concede we would have made Tourney this last year, based on our inability to play on road IT IS MY OPINION we would have been 1 and done. I don't consider this acceptable, nor do most "rational" IU fans. I was never a Archie fan. He basically took Brian Gregory's recruits to a deep run at Dayton and other than that he beat up the A-10, got bids and lost the first tourney game. I was ready for a change from Crean, but, I thought we should have been patient and waited for a better hire.......all just my opinion. We are getting the results I expected upon his hire. Beating up the A-10 doesn't mean you are qualified for the Big Ten

I got that and I even agreed with you. Stats can be misleading...McSwain doubled his minutes.....I would hope his points, rebounding etc would improve for example. I think we all want the same outcome, the house is just pretty divided right now.

Individual Stats are really neat...the only Stat that really counts 2017–18 Indiana 16–15 9–9 T–6th 2018–19 Indiana 19–16 8–12 9th NIT Quarterfinals 2019–20 Indiana 20–12 9–11 T–10th Almost like we keep finishing worse in the Big Ten......right? I know I know..we are improving and players are being developed under Archie, their stats are better from year to year, players are better from year to year......they just haven't found the formula to turn that into wins, especially in the Big Ten, where we have to play good teams. I keep trying to find the bright spot...I just don't think .500 in the Big Ten is acceptable..... I agree we were going to play in the NCAA this year...based upon our probable seed and how we looked on the road...I doubt we would have played past Thursday or Friday and maybe even Tuesday...I know some of you on here get upset with the criticism, I'm just never going to settle for the current product being put on the floor.

Good for Justin, he deserves at least one year of playing for a good Coach and good program, he even has a shot of playing in the NCAA tournament now.
