I'll be honest while hearing of him in the past, I wasn't too familar with his game. Watched a few games he played in this morning before work. Really good athlete. Can tell he seems like someone who eventually will be in the NBA. I don't get one and done or reclass vibes from him. I hope he either stays at Brownsburg or maybe a prep school. Would love to see him at IU. I do feel like if he decommits IU would be the likely destination.

Well said. When you watch Ledlum on film, he's a three. He for sure needs to get that three point percentage up.

I've grown to like Goodman (he's awesome on F68..has been pro IU since his daughter goes here) but man was he and many others wrong. Woodson has improved everything since he arrived..why this next year is huge. Can't take a step back. Doesn't look like that'll happen.

Welcome Kel'el! Excited to get this kid on campus. A few things that stand out: 1) The Trayce Jackson-Davis/Mike Woodson impact. Two years ago Trayce was a very late second rounder at best. Now? Fringe first round pick. Ware I think right now is a second rounder. If Woody unlocks his potential he could be a lottery pick. 2) IU can compete with the big boys for recruits. The year IU got X it was down to Baylor (NCAA Champs) and Houston (Final Four team). This year IU went up against Bama (#1 overall seed). 3) Frontcourt is set. No needed additions left. Time to focus on guards/wings. 4) I think all of us can say this...normally when IU loses a ton of players from a very good/decent team there is a massive step back. Add Ledlum and/or Knecht (which sounds possible right now) I think this is for sure a top 20 team that can compete. I'm really looking forward to a "new brand" of IU basketball. 5) NIL is perfect for IU. 5 years ago I was so against all this. However, it really benefits us. Donors with $$$$, crazy fan base that wants to win, and a former NBA coach...why can't IU be the hunter?

Agree. Maybe Galloway can take a step forward with volume and who knows, maybe Gunn or Cupps off the bench.

Hopefully Knecht. I encourage anyone to watch some film with him. I really do think he could be a decent scorer off the bench at the NBA level.

Not saying I don't want him, but it's a head scratcher with having Ware/Sparks.

Catching up on the board today...Would be crazy to add all these guys. Jalen DeLoach would start day 1 at Penn State. Not sure he would at IU. Still, would be wild if Woodson can add him. Sounds good though if those guys (DeLoach, Ledlum, and Ware) are interacting with players on social media. Really hope they can land a wing/guard. Knecht I think would average 15 a game. How bad was his team to finish 12-20? He can play!! I feel like (at least hoping) this will be a very balanced team next year. I'v been watching film of these guys with some downtime this evening. I like Knecht the most. He's just a pure scorer and really athletic. Need scoring bad after losing a ton of it. Ledlum seems like a guy that can do a bit of everything. I'm not sure how much he scores here at IU. I feel better about him being a 3. Ware is a guy that has a ton of potential. Like TJD he's a force at the rim and he can step out and guard the 3 point line. He's kind of raw. As much as I want him, not sure he really should be the #2 player in the portal. I can see him as a 10 PPG, 7 RPB, 2 blocks a game kind of player...which is still REALLY good.

Agree. I love BTownBanners. I did a $1 Peegs trial this month and I've already canceled. It's ridiculous on there the way they (and even Rabjohns/Hysteric guy) act. Sorry but Rabjohns knew what he was doing last night..IU Twitter was pathetic from some people I've really come to like over the years. Makes our fan base look silly even though it was people that have large platforms. All they need to say is things went well but nothing is final. Instead, I see "Future is REALLY" bright tweet, a podcast claiming "he might need to clear his schedule", memes of Woodson saying he is a "closer". I hope they all learned a lesson.. I know I did.

Agree with the bolded part IU fans are crazy but there are those who have a huge platform (mainly on Twitter) that added gasoline to the fire...and it was totally unnecessary. Is what it is.

Either IU got Ware or a ton of people are going to have egg on their face. I didn't realize it but I went back and Morris said "I need to make sure my calendar is clear tomorrow". Huge hint for their emergency pod.

On the episode tonight Morris said during a transition that he was getting messages he couldn't talk about while smiling. Feels like he's hint dropping.

Feel like right now the staff is going all chips in on Ledlum, Ware, and possibly Knecht. Timberlake doesn't seem likely to come to IU. Shedrick, Handlogten, and DeLoach seem like backup options right now. Ranking the ones I'd like to see at IU 1. Knecht-this team has to get another wing/guard or I don't see IU being a serious contender in the Big Ten/NCAA. Right now it seems he is the only guard IU is really serious with. 2) Ware- Not a lot of bigs like this in the Big Ten..if any at all. Would love to have him. 3) Ledlum- Probably a distant third. Just have a hard time seeing how a career 29% three point shooter is going to be our 3. If he's going to be the 4...would rather that be Malik considering he has three years left instead of Ledlum's 1. We will see. Seems like a great kid and would be a positive impact person in the locker room. Obviously would be happy to have him.

I laugh at 247 portal rankings...Shedrick was around 42 yesterday. Once Duke gets involved he jumps into the top 20. If Ware commits to IU I bet he goes from 1 to 30.

Also answered on a scale from 1-10 that we should feel this is a 7. I don't think he normally says stuff like this. We shall see.

Rabjohns sounds like he feels really good about this one. I've been an on/off Peegs person (usually during the offseason for $1). He normally isn't like this.

I have a really good feeling about Ware...feels like when recruits kind of come out of nowhere that's usually a good sign.
