Agree with sentiment. That being said, not certain when anything mandated by the NCAA has ever been administered consistently.

Lil Richard might be now be most awkward coach in the Big! Can’t remember who he might have taken the mantle from.

lil Richard always comes out of the halftime hot...phoning pops for some tips at the half always helps! Nothing like a hot seat to sharpen your coaching resolve.

We need to be safe, but practical here. Can’t compromise kids health, but don’t want to unduly hamstring the program by applying an unnecessary/overly stringent policy. -

Wow! Different team w/out Rob. Keep waiting for DG to turn the corner, but seeing a lot of Newkirkitus w a little bit of Rojo, and a touch of bad Troy. Once in awhile a flash of good Troy. Lucky this one was the Illi-nah! Here’s to hoping Robs noggin gets right quick! -
Alford ruined Alford! Needs to own up and find authenticity! Dealing w Lavar - and not shutting that crap down-was just one example of the personal character he was so willing to sacrifice in order to succeed. He knew what he was stepping into, and made no effort to clean his shoes of the situation even as it warmly oozed up into his toes. Pierre Pierce an obvious other. There are certainly many other, less public ones. Compromised character with a blind self righteous reliance on his ‘audience of one’ to justify it all. Ultimately, only a mediocre coach. Plenty of those around with better character who are real people. No thanks, and good luck.

Looks like Alfie’s audience of one was with Liberty tonight!

If we were to leave Adidas. Who is your pick?

And kids want their KDs, Kyries, Kobe and LeBrons. Not too worried about Kapernick commercials! -

We should become the premier program for the re-entry of Converse into the competitive athletic shoe market! ; ) BK steered away from slime and undue influence, so had those kids in Converse WAY past their prime of coolness. (I know, Converse is owned by Nike now). -
+1 >35 here too. Sad thing is some of his insight is outstanding, it’s just the jerky stuff to get reaction and drive ratings often completely compromises the whole of it. I get he’s looking to get paid and needs ratings to do so, just doesn’t need to be such a dumb a&&$. His passive/aggressive bs w the program shows his true colors. All for healthy criticism of the program or otherwise - his personal agenda and petty knocks make him idiotic.

How was God’s guidance during his handling of Pierre Piecerce?

In general, Dak is an a&!$-hat much more than asset! He dangles good info and supportive attitude to IU to give appearance, then makes smash mouth idiot statements and under handed attacks. Creating noise/pure speculation on players getting paid/shady deals at IU, based on nothing but pure speculation is one example. You can do that at any school w big recruits. He uses IU to pick at often solely to drive ratings due to his market, and can do better than play that game. Comes off as just a gas-bag too often. He was solid in the Alford camp - and my speculation was one of the big drivers in trying to make it happen. Because it didn’t— thank goodness in my opinion and many others — he seems to have some subtle resentment of Archie and goes back and forth with the program. He is capable of providing great insight and analysis...but too often acts as a tool to drive his personal vendettas and to try to drive ratings. The older he gets, the less attractive this will become.

Agree! Also, Wooden never gets enough credit for being the father of modern day pay to play and cheating in recruiting. The fact that his legacy is sooo cannonized, but conveniently leaves that part out, I believe has done nothing but pour gas on the dumpster fire that fairness in the ncaa has become.

Lil Richard must be sweating this one out...tough to get good connections to Europe for those halftime ‘please help dad’ calls!
