That always frustrated me to no end about Crean. He would always say that the team lacked leadership - as if it were 100% on the players or as if it was supposed to drop from the sky. You’re the coach, raking in millions, and specifically the one person most responsible for developing leadership on the team! Go make some GD leaders dude! Listening to Archie’s post game, he is more genuine on issues and takes much more direct accountability. Still gotta go make some leaders...they don’t just float up from under the surface.

Probably my sensitive ears, but Cal seems over effusive in his praise of Michigan - direct dig at IU. Not certain what the current real story is between us and them not being able to make it work, but know Cal and Archie were genuinely close. Perhaps Cal annoyed with admin/Glass. Has it been announced that Rob had another concussion, or is that just speculation? Haven’t followed, so ask is genuine. Also, does IU employ extra conservative concussion protocol due to past football concerns under Wilson? Last year it seemed to be a hold out for about six weeks - not medical professional, so not certain if that’s unusual or depends on degree of head injury. Seems some NFL guys get their bell rung hard, and they are back after a week or so. Clearly threw off chemistry, broke momentum and had a huge impact during the losing streak. Hate to see a repeat this year.
