But a Robert Morris transfer might not be as underwhelming as it sounds. Mid major transfers is the new talent trail - overlooked talent who could've gone high major out of high school or guys who've shown they have what it takes to get there. You just have to recognize the right ones, and that's where coaches earn the first part of their paychecks.
