  1. Guess they better just try and hold his big ol hands from now on.
  2. You also happen to have any feelings about the next Powerball numbers?
  3. He got a second chance to throw it away. Could have been 4 down territory had we gotten a yard or two. Or didn't lose umpteen. May have been between tackles, not sure. But I'm not going back to watch that mess.
  4. What exactly is his injury? I've only seen it as undisclosed. If he has a semi-busted wheel, go on ahead. Hand it to a guy who can't cut or block at full strength. He'll either be easy to bring down or fumble-prone.
  5. Sharp money may be coming in on Oregon to cover. I haven't looked up the stats. That's what you call reverse line movement - when the largest percentage of the number of bets are coming in on one side, but the majority of actual dollars being bet favors the opposite side of the line, in this case causing the spread to move in favor of Oregon. Basically, big money bettors fading the public opinion/IU. And basically, some deep and/or dumb pockets are gonna be a little more shallow at the end of the night.
  6. We have to get pocket pressure on Moore. Everything else falls into place.
  7. I'm not familiar with him as I haven't been on X in a long while. But as far as knowing his stuff, he called this one back in June and got it exactly right.
  8. Aim higher. Cig would stick you for that kind of complacency!
  9. False start on Miami? Anyone?
  10. Flemings with the two big threes, the first of which was completely unguarded as he brought the ball up the court. Tech imploded above the shoulders; credit Houston for stepping up and taking advantage of opportunities given.
  11. Tech asking Houston to take it from them late with multiple unforced turnovers.
  12. Not to mention they ultimately gave up 34 to JMU. Even in garage time, that's a red flag for a playoff team. Shutting out Tech doesn't impress me because Tech never impressed me. Their offensive ranks were high because the schedule was soft.
  13. I kind of boil it down to this in my mind: Since the first meeting, who has improved more? In a nutshell I rest easier knowing that's us, and that Dan Lanning is not Curt Cignetti.
  14. I would watch Shrews throttle someone. There's entertainment value there.
  15. Izzo had a timeout in his pocket and never used it. He didn't want to let Nebraska get set defensively, but it was a scatter as soon as MSU crossed half court and he should have set something up. But he lost, so I'm not complaining. Purely criticizing from my couch.
  16. He sure did. Side note: I initially read this as "Quinn humping the hump" by mistake and I might not fully recover.
  17. Stanford who is on the cusp of sending U6 home with an L.
  18. I don't think he's blasting them with anything other than reality. Michigan looks every last bit a championship team so far with the coach we should have hired in just his second season. While there is consideration given to DDV in his first season having to start with a roster of odds n' ends, we don't have an immediate basketball future that's particularly bright. So yeah, football and Cig helps. A lot.
  19. ND just looks like a bunch of whiny little girls and we just solidified our status as men among boys. He's in the rare situation where the best choice is also the absolute easiest one to make.
  20. It will be Indiana vs Ole Miss for the title, with Indiana not only completing its meteoric rise to destiny by claiming a previously unimaginable NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP, but also keeping Lane Kiffin from earning a million dollar bonus for abandoning his playoff team while he sits there like a slug on his new couch somewhere in Louisiana. We truly have a destiny to fulfill.
