The Langfords not telling anyone, or at least not having notified the other two programs with positive news, is partially supported by Vandy's current plans to host a grad transfer with their last scholarship still hanging out there. If the other two had heard something positive I'm hard-pressed to believe neither wouldn't have leaked a little something. Vandy would be as giddy as we are, and the arrogance of the Kansas fanbase/media would be off the charts at this point (so far it's still just their normal level of arrogance). If the decision to go to Kansas hinged on whether or not they could find a scholarship for him, then yes, it's a senseless discussion; they'd pull one out of the NCAA's arse if they had to. But because it's likely heavily based on the division of playing time, everyone can assume this clarifies things for Romeo as his decision looms. Everyone can also assume this is nothing but positive for Kansas. My point earlier is that some media sources and 90% of fans are presenting the situation as if the Langfords hadn't already evaluated this decision with the scenario of ample playing time at Kansas in mind. I'm not surprised nor am I impressed that Kansas now has just the right amount of schollys available. The cbb world is (so far) receiving this as a bombshell when it was always a high probability those two players would turn pro. In all the evaluating, visiting, planning, etc the Langfords have done this is likely not an unforseen scenario. I'm guessing it's the one they've already planned for. I've read that he's not yet hired an agent, and both he and his mother have stated his intention not to return for his Sr. year. Supposedly per his mom they will worry about hiring an agent later on.
