The kid will be a D1 player and will take off playing for Indiana Elite this summer. For anyone that doesn't want to drive to Blackford to see him Blackford plays at Daleville High School in February. Daleville's sophomore pg isn't a D1 kid but will be 1 of the better pg matchups that Luke will have this season.

I would say if he is planning on committing Friday then today may have been a visit to make sure he was 100% sold on IU. I don't see him telling anyone of his decision this far in advance as tight lipped as his family has been. I'm thinking it is but is this the only game for the three schools that he has attended so far?

I think we need to continue seeing the Justin Smith we saw against Minnesota. That could have a huge impact of we have him and Morgan capable of going for 15 plus a night on a consistent basis plus a solid class coming in all of a sudden IU looks a lot better going into next than it did a couple weeks ago.

Unless we get a grad transfer PG Phinisee and Durham will see most of the minutes at that spot next year imo.

I was referring to Tyus and Tre Jones as being 2 of the 3 players that went to Duke.

Current IU players are to worried about themselves and none of the recruits seem to be as outspoken on social media as Garland and Grimes.

The fact you say he wasn't good enough is false. He was its just no one paid attention to him because of the school he went to. He was 3x the player Gelon was but Crean wasn't afraid to offer him. The only people that would have freaked out would have been the people that don't know what talent looks like.

Speaking of TCU Desmond Bane would have looked pretty good in candy stripes but he wasn't good enough to get an offer from FCTC.

There are 6 or 7 bugs left that are in the espn 100. However all but 1 or 2 have either a list of 2 or 3 schools or they have question marks because of the FBI investigation.

I'm sorry but this team has some of the worst basketball IQ I've seen from a team. Newkirk and Johnson are very inconsistent at shooting and they make horrible decisions with the ball that lead to TO's and I haven't even mentioned their defensive effort. Our bigs are all undersized other than Davis and Morgan and Davis is really slow and struggles to stay out of foul trouble. You can believe what you want but this team isn't very good.
