Man, this whistles are all late. First foul on Morgan and that foul they called on Wichita State were all well after the play. One thing I can't stand from officials is them watching the result of a play to determine if it was a foul.....it's like if the ball goes in, play on. If not, it's a foul.

Sorry, but don't see that as 'downright embarrassing'. Marshall is a hell of a coach and would have a high major job right now if that is what he wanted. He's not at Wichita State for lack of upward mobility. I think Marshall has made it pretty clear to suitors that right now he's where he wants to be. Honestly, the whole 'it would be embarrassing' idea is something for fans, not coaches.

FWIW, Wichita State starting forward Jaime Echenique missed the last ten minutes of the game after getting injured. Haven't heard any status on him.

Defensively they are pretty good. Offensively they aren't. That said, so far the teams we've beaten in the NIT were St.Francis and an Arkansas team playing without their best player. It likely will be our third straight game without Romeo. I'm glad to see we're winning without him, but bottom line is we are going to have to beat them without our leading scorer.

Y'all know how we feel about Kelvin Sampscum. But he had a show cause based on impermissable phone calls. Meanwhile North Carolina receives no punishment for fake classes and Rick Pitino's program hires strippers and pays players and nothing was done to Carolina or Williams and so far nothing Louisville or Pitino.

That would be an uninspiring hire even fir Vandy.
