I'm not sure why do much attention is being paid to three scored when Moore failed to switch. Same thing can happen when a guy doesn't block out and gives an and one....which has happened quite a bit. Hell, if they guy missed the shot no one is bringing it up. Bottom line, don't read much into the only five minutes a guy plays. What I am reading into is the little he has played he has excelled in one particular area -- rebounding. Can anyone come up with any area that Fitzner has excelled in? Davis? It's hard to be a role player if you don't have a role.
We've played 3 home and 3 road games and we are 3-3. That says middle of the Big Ten.....pretty much what we've been pegged to be. The only difference right now is the last game wasn't good.
He is, but Fitzner is lost on defense and his shot is gone. Davis can't move.
As someone mentioned, we know that CAM doesn't like zone, but zone certainly helps when you have a big in the game that gets lost easily.
Down 9 at half.....could have been worse. Don't know if that's good or bad.
And for Christ's sake, when you're behind, you HAVE to hit your free throws.
Guess Archie's talk of adjusting the front court bench rotation was just lip service. Davis, Fitzner, and McRoberts continue to give us nothing but still get minutes.
