  1. Really not sure how that was a blocking fould on IU. Iowa up 80-77
  2. Gluble, Berger, and Holmes with 4 each for IU. Czinao has fouled out for Iowa.
  3. Everyone see how far out on the court Iowa's coach was on the timeout?
  4. IU ball, 31.9 seconds left. Think the shot clock is at 26.
  5. Two straight bad offensive possessions for IU. 50 seconds, Iowa ball tied.
  6. Cziano fouls out for Iowa. That's big. She leaves with 23 points.
  7. Ticky-tack foul on Glubel as she picks up #4. Tie game.
  8. ....and she misses. IU ball and timeout and will have it at midcourt with 4 seconds.
  9. HORRIBLE call to give Iowa an and one for the lead. 5 seconds.
  10. Penn splits a pair. IU up 2 with 10 seconds left, Iowa ball. IU has a foul to give.
  11. Big bucket by IU and a missed layup by Iowa. IU ball up 1, 15 seconds left. Iowa foul.
  12. Iowa takes the lead on a 3.
  13. Neither team getting stop. IU up 71-69 and has possession, 1:48 left.
  14. IU up just 3 now; 4:54 to go
  15. Come out on fire in the fourth -- 11-2 run to go up 62-55
  16. Fouls resetting in the fourth quarter should help out. Really like the foul reset rule.
  17. At this point, I think his dementia isn’t allowing him to make many decisions. Wouldn’t surprise me if yesterday that his dementia was acting up but he remembered he was told he was going to a basketball game which is why they took him to Marian.
  18. After all the talk of our non-conference SOS, IU's non-conference SOS checks in at 195 on Pom. That's better than five Big Ten teams -- some by a big margin. Illinois' was the worst at 309. Overall, our SOS checks in 68 and ESPN's BPI projected that entering today that our remaining schedule would be the toughest SOS in the nation. At the end of the day, we are going to have a top 20 SOS overall.
  19. They were home to Wisky as well. Just saying if I were an Ohio State fan I'd be pretty skittish right now. They just lost a game by double digits to a team that missed 16 free throws that they were favored against.
  20. Purdue and Iowa say "hi".
  21. I think the discouraging thing for them is that they are a team that should be built to not be affected too much on the offensive end by him being out. I do question why he played 23 minutes right out of the gate -- that's his season average -- if he wasn't 100%. They have 8 guys averaging 7 points/game, they should be able to withstand a loss of a 8 ppg scorer offensively. That's four straight games they have been under 60 points.
  22. Interesting stats: IU hit 50% from three on just 12 shots. Double digit win came with TJD only getting 3 shots and 6 points. Good to see RP and Green step up. IU outscored OSU 35-20 in the second half. D.J. Carton had 7 turnovers. Devonte had 0 turnvoers. Not much shortening of the rotation, but Damezi didn't play and I believe Franklin didn't play in the second half.
