  1. Indiana now cancelled, I believe.
  2. I know it has been floated around about giving NCAA spring sport senior athletes another year of eligibility, which I understand. I’m hearing some talking heads talking about giving seniors in basketball another year. I’m on the side of “no” on this. It sucks, but we 80% of the teams seasons were going to be done Sunday. And while it sucks for a player to not get a chance to make a run or hoist the trophy, the run that is made year and title that would be won has nothing to do with this year.
  3. Would completely depend on how he is doing the credits. If he were trying to do them online, those opportunities are probably available both now and in the summer. If it were through a program at the school itself....depends. At our school we use an online system for credit recovery and courses not given at the school. For students that are not physically in a supervised classroom, they had to still take the tests while being supervised. That’s not a state requirement, just a school one.
  4. Cool! Will you be seeding as well? Check out my PC stellar big ten thread.
  5. Well, I teach and I am officially on e-learning all next week, followed by spring break and then two weeks of e-learning. With that much time, I am now going to try to dim the whole damn NCAA tournament. anyone interested in being on a mock NCAA committee for team selection? Would simply entail completing a form with teams and seeds. I’d compile and make the aggregate seeding and team selections.
  6. Answers: Al only topped 19 points once this year. against Western Illinois. Smith: lol, don’t know. Maybe the rims were generous. Green: IU beat Michigan St when Green had 1 point and won games when he didn’t play as well.

  11. Since the BTT is canceled, I'm going to create the Big Ten teams and sim the Big Ten tournament out for a little bit of fun. Will post results here. It's a decent sized project and will take a little time.
  12. Why are people upset? I thought our goal was to win the last game we played in the Big Ten tournament. Maybe even the season.
  13. Big Ten tournament now cancelled.
  14. Yeah, I didn't read your post as one that was being antagonistic.
  15. False. Players at Louisville never took any tests in college.
  16. Donovan Mitchell positive for coronavirus.
  17. The talking heads are all giving the NBA kudos for suspending the season and giving the NCAA crop for playing in front of no fans. Think they forget that the NCAA announced playing conference tournament games in front of no fans prior to the NBA suspending their season......in fact, there weren't any official plans from the NBA until after Gobert tested positive.
  18. Not my assumption. Think it's common thought. He was all smiles on the bench, which IMO is more of an indicator that he's leaving than he's staying. Typically not a lot of smiles from a scholarship player who gets a DNP-CD for over half the conference season. Just my opinion, but there has already been conversations between Anderson and Miller about Damezi moving on next year.
  19. Dangerous loss for Xavier if the NCAA tourney ends up being a go.
  20. He played too many games to redshirt. Assumption is that he is transferring next year.
  21. And that was in 13 minutes. The only area he struggled with tonight was keeping out of foul trouble.
  22. Unfortunately, I get to hear from my wife how 'you men' treat the common cold like a life threatening disease. Hoiberg looked like death on the bench.
  23. Nice jump for IU. They were at 40 starting the day.
  24. Looked like you called it correctly.
