  1. That’s a shame if it is, but we have a backup who isn’t inexperienced or a freshman. The staff will put him in the best position to succeed. LFG!
  2. Unfortunately we all know that injuries, however small, are part of the game. Good teams fight through adversity and I expect this team will do just that. Coach Cignetti and his staff will have the team ready for UW, I have no doubt whatsoever. Go Hoosiers!
  3. I expect a losing season and the HC to be fired. He was a poor hire.
  4. I don’t think Harbaugh targeted qbs in the way most coaches do. He was totally old school and cared more about the run game and defense. JMHO.
  5. I will feel better once we know Rourke’s thumb isn’t broken.
  6. USC up on Penn St 14-3. The Trojans running on Tom Allen’s D…140 yds with 13 minutes to go in the half.
  7. In the year 2525…if Turdue is still alive…if their cows can survive…they may find…..
  8. I probably missed this posted elsewhere, but J Walker has an injured shoulder/arm…nothing definitive yet I guess. Cig said that he’s had other injuries where medical staff said he was questionable, but he played. Glad we have the bye week now.
  9. 14-3 PSU at the half
  10. I think some injured players have returned which has helped and they’ve simply improved. IU’s win does look better IMO. :)
  11. 7-3 PSU 2:51 until half
  12. UCLA staying with Penn St so far 0-0 end of first quarter
  13. Shout out to Nicolas Radicic. His kicking is perfect.
  14. And go to the Kelley School of Business as well.
  15. Sold over 43k for last Saturday, but the weather seemed to keep a large number of butts either completely out of their seats or caused them to pull the famous IU HALFTIME SHUFFLE. Of course, Charlotte and Twerps are not the same, so let’s hope folks hang around for the entire game. I expect a close battle.
  16. Hey Race…no problem okay. We all have an opinion…right? I hope the kid picks IU, but I’m guessing he doesn’t, which is okay. IU will be fine with or without him. My point was based on the close proximity of ND to La Lulu/LaPorte perhaps the ND folks were able to get in front of him more often to sell their case for ND. I fully admit it’s a stretch. But it’s just another opinion. :)
  17. Yeah, I’m with you there. Hoping home field will be the advantage for us.
  18. I think it’s ND. They’re practically in La Lulu’s backyard. This young man is already working on his announcement for the next NBA draft, IMO. IU will be fine.
  19. Hey…we’re oldsters! Getting a commitment to attend a bowl game was hard enough okay! :)))
  20. Yeah, I have to agree on this. My wife will go to a bowl game, but she would prefer someplace with a greater warmth quotient.
  21. I’m guessing that he’s a four year player…which I like very much.
  22. I agree with the above quote. But for IU that means, in my opinion, winning SEASONS and not simply four games against some seemingly weak teams. To change the IU culture or the way people think, you need multiple winning seasons and some bowl games as well. We’re off to a good/great start, but I don’t expect sellout crowds after four games. We all know that we’ve had decades of miserable football and that’s why people leave at half or don’t show up at all. Get some consistent winning and then people will react differently. JMHO.
