Huggins grew up, I think, like one county away from where Knight grew up here in Ohio. Son of basketball coach and a really good high school player growing up. Obviously, he and Knight had similar tastes in clothes, but from different time periods. LOL. :)

His coaching style has become rather stiff, I think.

Cronin reminds me of the little chicken hawk in some of the Foghorn Leghorn cartoons. Small, feisty…”I’m a chicken hawk, see…and I’m gonna eat chicken!”

When he was an assistant for Huggins at UC he was known for his recruiting and recruiting connections. Regularly recruited NYC and East coast. But that was pretty long ago. Just my opinion, but I think UCLA is still a strong brand name on the West coast and helps with their recruiting. But I could be way off base. He will get players. But how great his recruiting might be in Indiana, I have no clue.

And he’s 3 inches shorter than Archie. That can’t be good. lol. :)

And when GCF sets a pick on offense…the guy he picks is dead. Amazing how he does that. SMH. :)

You gotta admit…GCF is freaking relentless on defense. He gets through screens like they’re nothing to him.

Let’s see…we have BobKnight’sGhost and Ghost of Rick Majerus. We need a third ghost. I suppose we could bring back Lou Watson…or Casper the Friendly Ghost…but the Ghost of Christmas Future just kinda feels like our guy. lol. :)
