  1. Purdue finished at 107-79. They have some skilled shooters.
  2. Purdue going to crush 100 points against Vermont. Expect a 115 or 125 score.   They are shooting incredibly this year. Hammons on the bench seems like the best thing for them.
  3. Michigan pays their DC more than 3 times what we pay Wilson. I don't think we need to be spending that much but obviously the low budget solution isn't working.
  4. Unless you're a donor!
  5. He's a captain in the Air Force with an MBA. If he'd pursued a career in business, he would probably make more right now. Military hook-ups and college playing career to get in the door, the work ethic to succeed, 23 years in the field? Plus, 401k instead of a public pension.   And he could sell cocaine to his underlings.
  6. If he hadn't already blown his chance at head coaching, I would say all he has to do is get literally any head coach job.   What did he do between playing and coaching? Probably more money in that.   Tribeca and Palm Beach are great places to move cocaine in weight during the right times of the year.
  7. From the 3 too. They shot 21% from three and took 47 threes! That's insane! No player who played more than 15 minutes on Butler had less than double digit scoring, but they also posted zero double doubles. Wow!   I hope someone recorded it and is uploading it to the internet. It's going to be fascinating to watch
  8. It's all about the neighborhood.   Though, you're probably right. Crack is small amounts for small amounts of money. He'd be better off selling cocaine to higher income individuals. Sell it an eight ball at a time to individuals or scout out groups for Os. It's what, around 70 bucks a gram? He has to move 5100 grams to match his salary. That's fewer than 1500 eight balls. Then it really is about the right neighborhoods, affluent areas of somewhere like Chicago, New York, LA, or even the right places in Seattle or San Fran or something like that. Could probably move it an O at a time, that's 8 eight balls. 182 Os, sell them primarily on Friday and Saturday nights. If he sold two a night he could beat his salary in revenue.   In terms of profit, he'll never make it that way. So, he will need to sell to dealers. Depends on what he pays for pure and what he's cutting with to tell.   Though, if he gets in the position where he can deal to dealers and has a pure hookup, he can make tons more money on crack. It's just low money on the front end.
  9. Did anyone watch it? What even happened? The box score is outrageous.   They shot 77% for 2 and 30% from 3 (with 26 threes taken!). A 96 possession game. Wow.
  10. We pay our HC $1.3 million and our DC $357,000.   How are we surprised they don't perform at a higher level? Penn State literally pays their coordinators more than we pay our HC.   Brian Knorr could make more money slinging crack.
  11. The land of pigs and chickens fried and covered in ranch dressing - 44 The ocean of crabs steamed and covered in old bay - 48 We will need to hold them to three for their last drive to win it. Their drive starts with 1:14 left on the clock. Only takes 43 seconds and 5 plays to travel the length of the field for a TD. We get stops on the first two downs, maybe even a TFL but they break it open on the third.
  12. Turns out when hiring employees for competitive skill based positions you only get what you pay for.
  13. That's just how life works. Things that are successful are rarely criticized and frequently praised. But, if you're going to mess up, you sure as shootin' better do it within expectations, because trying to get creative and failing is far worse.
  14. I was just thinking how lucky I was the kid would not stop being bad and throwing books at me so I couldn't drink during the second half. The extra rationality has helped keep my angry disappointment in check.
  15. Competitive game ends after defense repeatedly fails to even come close to making the big stops they needed.   Sounds about right.
  16. Great play calling. Didn't want to win that one anyway.   I've changed my mind, I'm not ambivalent on Wilson anymore. I don't want him.
  17. Boudreau, what are you doing in that huddle?
  18. I mean, I don't even know what to say about our defensive play-calling anymore. I guess when you pay your DC less than a garbage truck driver you really get what you pay for.
  19. Exactly. I mean, just exactly.
  20. I hate college OT. It plays exactly against our weaknesses.
  21. I really thought he was going to call that guy out for wearing that sweater as a grown man.
  22. BACK TO BEING HAPPY AGAIN!!
