  1. If we put 8 wins together that would mean we would have 3 wins vs top 100 ken Pom and 3 true road wins so I would say yes we would be in the top 25
  2. in my opinion I didn't think it was a must win for the dance. In the big 10 we still have game against 10 ken Pom top 56 teams( 5 of those against the top 18) and 3 more against fringe top 100 (Nebraska 110, Illinois 116). The committee loves top 100 wins and no bad losses. As of today all our losses our against top 100 teams. As much as I hate rpi that will be the one that matters instead of ken Pom but it's to early for rpi to mean anything. With the notre dame (top 25 ken Pom) win however it gives us some breathing room if we lay an egg in the big ten. It might not seemed at the time but the creighton win is a top 100 win and will look good on our resume as long as they stay in the top 100.

  4. the game against Uconn featured 8 future nba players according to Gary Williams
  5. florida was probably the best team they have played and next week they will play vandy
  6. Texas won at Stanford. Good game, Taylor hit the game winning layup with 1 second
  7. i don't think there will ever be a time where I won't get knots in my stomach and pace like a madman during a big iu game driving everyone around me watching crazy( ask my brother-in-law or brother they are both members on this board as well) Regardless of who is coach or how poorly the kids are playing, on a personal level iu basketball means too much. Like many on this board my love for iu basketball came from my father(hopefully I will share that love with my 4 year old.) Before there was message boards I had my own 2 person message board with my dad. Even when I moved away I could count on a call from him after a big IU win or we would vent about a terrible loss. There has only been one season in my life that I choose not to watch any iu game or any college basketball game for an entire year and that was the season after April 2009. That was the year my dad passed away from heart failure and watching iu or any college basketball just hurt too much. For me personally, a poorly coached or kids who play terrible defense Indiana basketball team is better then no Indiana basketball team. This is just my opinion I have no problem with other people's stance on not getting excited for Iu games with the product on the floor.
  8. even when their defense was rated lower the ours I never thought we had a better defense. To me those efficiency ratings are just guidelines. I trust my own eyes more then the numbers. Notre dames defense on the other hand I always felt like we could make a run on them
  9. crazy to think before this game they had a ken Pom defense ranking of 136th but after the game jumped to 98th.
  10. butlers pre game or Purdue?
  11. After watching alot of Iowa st games this year I will tell you one thing they might be a talented team but they have benefited from some questionable calls in each game. Don't go near niang or you will be called for a foul
  12. N Iowa up 11 on Iowa st with 14 to play. I expect Iowa st to go on there patented late run to win at the buzzer
  13. This is the best I have seen Trevor Thompson play all year for Ohio st
  14. notre dame had some breakdowns as well. Blackmon had some wide open threes he missed. I always felt we could make a run against notre dame because defensively from the games I've watched, they gave up some leads. Just once in one of these neutral court matchups I would love for us to play a complete game so I can watch in peace.
  15. couldnt you say every team is lucky from other teams missing open looks. I'm watching the 2nd half now and just watched Blackmon miss a layup and then a put back layup
  16. @JeffRabjohns Indiana signee DeRon Davis (@DDavis2016) 16 points, 12 rebs, 6 blocks, 4 steals for @WeAreOverland in a 64-55 win in the @TarkClassic.
  17. @jeffRabjohns Romeo Langford (@yeahyeah_22) 26 points as New Albany beats Seymour 61-46 per @Giants7xChamps.
  18. Aaron Edwards @AWALL612 Indiana commit De'ron Davis Overland CO & BYU commit Yoeli Childs Bingham UT both very impressive #TarkanianClassic
  19. @AdamZagoria Incarnate Word, now up 13 on St. John's, lost its previous game to a school called 'Our Lady of the Lake.' No joke.
  20. St. John's is following up the Syracuse win by getting stomped by the one and only Incarnate Word. Down 17 at the under 4 timeout
  21. @jeffborzello Ohio State freshman Mickey Mitchell has been cleared by the NCAA Eligibility Center. Can play tomorrow vs. Kentucky.
  22. Test run I didn't see this option in the mobile version I had to go to the full version site. Hope this works [attachment=3088:image.png

  24. Ok thanks for the heads up. It was a tweet from Jon rothstein saying the uc Irvine is going to start a lineup of 7'6, 7'2, 6'10, 6'8 and 6'8 and said it was the biggest lineup in CBB history. I will try and figure out how to make it show up because on my phone the screenshot of Jon's tweet is there.
