    Of course they are not a lock but they are still being considered for those last spots. Too many mediocre teams with worst resumes then sparty being considered. Sparty is a lock.     Ok look at bottom of bubble. I have them a 10 seed still on my team sheets. They can lose and they still won't be in the first 4 games in Dayton . Do you think Wichita st is in, Xavier, Wake, Rhode Island, USC, Providence, Seton Hall? Michigan state resume is better then all of them.     It would also depend on what the other teams on the bubble do in their respective conferences.
