I think u know by now that I'm invested in all of college basketball so I have watched a ton of Dayton games. I know some on here say it's hard to find them on TV but if u have the espn networks, cbssorts network, and nbcsports network you could watch 80 percent of their games this year Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Went to the Pike vs Ben Davis game Tuesday. Ben Davis won and will probably win the Decatur sectional. After that my buddy and I drove to the Plainfield to watch Terre Haute South( my alma mater) vs Avon. South has a kid going to IUPUI and another ISU is recruiting. Lansing was at both games I attended recruiting. South won and will probably face brownsburg in sectional final. March isn't only for college basketball there will be awesome high school games as well. I recommend going and watching a local team play. Also a must is to watch a class A regional if any can get a chance. Atmosphere from a small school that basically brings the whole town to the game is electric. Most of those kids might not go on to play in college basketball but they play their butts off. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners

Happy march fellow hoops junkies. Best time of year. This week already has conference tournaments starting and then next week starts the 2nd best week in college basketball (champ week) followed by the best week in college basketball. 2 weeks vacation for me starts Monday. I respect that. I wouldn't say his offense was the only reason they haven't advanced further in the tournament. Running into hall of fame coaches doesn't help and last year it was their defense just as much of their offense in the last 10 min of that game against Cuse. They couldn't get any stops. For me Bennett's sample size for success in the tourney is too small for me to say his offense won't win it all. 3 years of legitimately having a shot at winning it all just isn't enough data for me. How's that any different then watching an offensive oriented team lose 106-92. At the end of the day they are both losses. If I was a fan, I might not be happy we didn't score 50 points but at least the team had a shot to win a ugly game. I've been just as frustrated losing and scoring in 80's or 70's. There is nothing wrong with Virginia's offense they just play at a slower pace then everybody. The last 4 years they have produced a top 40 offensive efficient team every year (38 this year, 8, 22, and 24). They are a consistently efficient offense just not at a pace that everybody likes Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners
