Yeah Woodson---Oklahoma makes me more nervous then SMU. It's often hard to say no to the local/home school!   Hopefully Juwan is in his ear giving him lots of reasons......

Great discussion fellas.  I hope he turns out like Henderson!  I saw Shake has now cancelled his Illinois visit but kept ours!  Hmmmm!   They say it looks like us or SMU!  It's feelin' like another IU commit!   Juwan is also working on Shake to IU too---like our chances!

So which former player does Juwan remind you of from limited video clips? Alan Henderson anyone (we wish!)?

Crean and Martin/McClain are smart not to put all of their eggs in one basket ----a 5 star---only to be left scrambling if the 5 star does not come.  Rising recruits like Morgan, Milton, and OG got hot late in the year and are arguably much better then their current rankings.  Glad we have coaches that can spot talent.  This class has a lot of potential---especially if there ends up being room for all three! Just think--a point, a wing, and a big!  I like it!  And there's still always room if a 5 star that wants to come!

Coach McClain's contributions to the team have sometimes been questioned by posters----but I predict Juwan is going to silence some of that criticism. McClain's ties with MoKan Elite were big here!    McClain was instrumental with April too. I still want to see April this year and look forward to watching his development too!   Well done Coach McClain---now get to work on Shake!

In one interview I saw ---Juwan was asked about earning a spot in the rotation with the Hoosiers next year and he said "I just can't let anyone outwork me!"   Wear out that Cook swipe card young fella!   I like him already!

Most improved player in the EYBL this year---SHOT 86% FROM THE FIELD! (Not a typo--- from the stats I saw)   He obviously plays mostly inside to get that high of percentage--and that sounds great to me!   Can never have enough quality Bigs!

We should know in the next 24 hours whether Morgan's commit scares OG off--but I think it looks like Crean wants both---and does not want OG going to Iowa!

Hovadipo---yes-- bold----I do mean he is Oladipo 2.0 after 3 years (not now)--but I love his explosiveness and athleticism and just see what I saw in Vic when I watch OG's videos!

Yeah--McCarthy interviewed Juwan after the announcement and started asking Juwan questions about IU and Juwan was confused because he thought McCarthy was a Vandy  insider!

And this just in---Alex McCarthy has now flipped his crystal ball from Vandy to IU saying he is NOW confident in his pick! LOL!

We are all excited about Juwan's talent---but we also get another high character---high academic kid to boot!    You can say what you want about Crean---but there is no denying he has changed the culture at IU by continuing to bring in good kids!   Impressed with you--Juwan!   Now ---go recruit Shake!

Will be watching this one closely. Does the Morgan commit affect OG?   Hope not. We shall see.   OG=Victor 2.0
