SERIES HISTORY Iowa leads 52-22 LAST MEETING 2/19/22 – L, 91-96 (Bloomington, Ind.) NOTES Indiana and Iowa will meet for the second time in three days on Monday night as it closes out its season series. Monday's game at Carver Hawkeye Arena is a rescheduled game between the two schools that was originally set for Jan. 23 but postponed due to health and safety protocols. The Hoosiers set a new Big Ten record with 42 points in the fourth quarter but couldn't overcome an early deficit as it fell to the Hawkeyes, 96-91, on Saturday in Bloomington, Senior forward Aleksa Gulbe led the way with 22 points as she enters tomorrow's game just three points shy of her 1,000th career point at IU. On the heels of its 20th win of the season, Indiana needs one more victory to notch its 11th 20-win season in school history. It would be the seventh-straight season with 20 wins or more, the longest streak in program history. Indiana has three players up for national awards that fans can vote on. Grace Berger and Mackenzie Holmes are you for positional awards from the Basketball Hall of Fame and WBCA, Cheryl Miller and Lisa Leslie Awards, respectively. Fans can visit hoophall.com to vote daily for the Hoosier duo. Ali Patberg is one of 10 finalists for the Senior CLASS Award, an acronym for Community, Classroom, Character, Competition. Fans can also vote daily at seniorclassaward.com. UP NEXT The regular season will conclude on the road on Friday night when the Hoosiers travel to Maryland. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. ET on Big Ten Network.

“Juwan Howard has not apologized for anything that happened,” tweeted Michael Cohen of the Detroit Free Press. “Said he was upset about Wisconsin calling a timeout late in the game. He expressed that frustration to Greg Gard. Howard said Gard touched him during the postgame line and he felt the need to defend himself.” I mean Greg Gard is like Andre the Giant and poor Juwan a clone of Pee Wee Herman. I can't stop laughing!

I don't think he gets fired either although it would be interesting to see what would happen if he wasn't a Michigan alum.
-
He's certainly not a first time offender when it comes to post-game incidents and it should carry a significant penalty.

We got your back.

Despite missing games with injury Braden Smith is probaby still in the mix. Walker? Are you referring to Leland Walker? If so, he's playing at Hargrave Military Academy this year. -

On Feb. 18, Bloom. No. defeated Columbus North. Roberts had 8p 11r. Tonight, Bloom. No. Defeated Floyd Central 51-48. Roberts 10p (3-7 FG) (4-4FT) 6r 0a 0s 0b 2t. Tonight's game was I think only the second game I've watched him play so it's a small sample but I wasn't overly impressed. Any kid that gets an IU offer I expect to stand out on the court. Not necessarily stuff a stat sheet but clearly demonstrate he's the best player on the court and I didn't see that in Roberts. He just seemed to be another player. He certainly wasn't a focal point in the offense. His ball handling skills need lots of work. He has 15 games on MaxPreps and it has him averaging 15 ppg on 52% FG; 36% on 3s (61 attempts); 57% FT; 8.1 reb; 1.2 assts; 1.2 stls; .8 blks.
