??? If you're outside in the sun all day, yes, it might hurt. But everyone would have some sunburn at that point regardless of skin tone.

I think the housing per diem is the team picking up the motel room charge they are staying at during the season while on the road. Out of season, and at home, I believe they have to use their salary for their own home.

(2016) PG Devonte Green to INDIANA
Jafo71 replied to WayneFleekHoosier's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Devonte plays in the Jordan Brand Classic Regional game tonight at 5:30. The Regional game pits some of NYCs best against some of the top players from the NE US. Here's the roster. http://jordanbrandclassic.com/2016-regional-team/ -

How many times will I have an opportunity to bust out a Slap Shot reference? It like having the Whales in the Stanley Cup. That happens what, once, maybe twice in a lifetime? -

. A little. A deflection there, staying in front of your man here. But it is still a light scrimmage so not too much.

OT: Can someone please explain IUPUI
Jafo71 replied to Magnanimous's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Oh, and to address the grad school question. It used to be separate, and that caused some issues with the Thunderbird MBA program since it was through IUPUI and not specifically Kelley. But that distinction has since been fixed. :) -
OT: Can someone please explain IUPUI
Jafo71 replied to Magnanimous's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
I will try my best to explain. The IUPU schools were created by the state in the late 60's to serve students in three cities: Indy, Ft. Wayne, and Columbus. The benefit is that a student had more majors available than if it was just a new IU or Purdue (e.g. Business or Engineering). IUPUI is under the IU system with IUPUC being a direct extension of IUPUI. IUPUFW is under the Purdue system. Students at IUPUI and IUPUC receive IU credit while students from IUPUFW receive Purdue credits. IUPUI is a distinct and separate school from IUB as are the regionals: IUNW, IUSB, IUK, IUSE, and IUE. Most of the IU system is administered through people at IUB, but IUPUI has administrative staff as well since it is roughly the same size as IUB. Additionally, the IU School of Medicine is part of the IU system and not solely specific to IUPUI. This is mainly because the IUSOMed predated IUPUI by roughly 65 years. Interestingly enough, the IUSOMed was technically a IU Purdue collaboration. Both schools wanted to have the states school of medicine program. IU had the faculty and Purdue had the building. The state made a compromise by placing the School of Medicine in Indy using Purdue's building and IU faculty, and under IU's supervison. Confused yet? If not, I could go on about some of the state programs where you could get Purdue engineering credit at IUSB or IUK, but those credits would be immediately recognized as transfer credit from Purdue by IU even though the student was attending only that IU school. Crazy,eh? -

Correction. IU School of Medicine is separate from IUPUI as it has existed the early 1900's and IUPUI didn't officially exist until 1969. It just so happens that both are in the same area. -

UM Graduate Transfer Max Bielfeldt To IU

Here is a statistical comparison between Max and HMP. http://statsheet.com/mcb/players/compare?p2=hanner-mosquera-perea&p1=max-bielfeldt Max is a better offensive rebounder, better with assist, has less turnovers, committs less fouls. HMP is better at getting to the ft line and blocking shots.
