    I think what can be confusing though is when certain posters continue to state things as facts that are nothing more than their opinion/belief. It can be hard to decipher what is credible from what is an opinion because of the way they are stated. Many of us know who those are but there are a lot of new people here that don’t know the difference

    We have a current coach who has been violent in public and no repercussions took place. i don’t condone violence but IU is not without issues and Beards was quite some time ago without further issue that we know of

    This goes back to KathyC’s amazing process. If there was an amazing process in place we wouldn’t have allowed all these clowns in the room and probably would have vetted them and briefed them so shot like this wouldn’t happen.

    It’s going to be hard for him to get more $$$ than what he was getting here. IU paid top dollar for this roster and realistically overpaid on every one of then

    What I think has been missing from this story that I cannot fathom how it doesn’t get included when telling the story because it is the most important part is “what exactly pissed her off?”

    No. He only coached in college a few years and road the same few kids and when those kids left he jumped to the pros and then jumped to management. He doesn’t seem like a guy that is committed to one thing very long. as others have said, I want a college lifer. Someone that wants to be a college basketball coach until they retire and have fought hard to get there and stay there.
