MSU redshirt Freshman backup QB Alessio Milivojevic, the wild and crazy Serbian Slinger/Swinger(?), can ably run backwards to protect himself or toss an interception 3 Indiana University Hoosiers 61 I have little faith that this really will be the score. Bur it is phenomenal that one can think that it just might be spot on. Well done team Hoosiers!

Soccer game is on! Go IU! BTN+, -
Yesterday, after another obviously terrible decision to flag IU, Coach Cig got into the ref's face, told the refs to please stop with their self-anal cranial insertions... That had to put a major cramp on the refs tilting the field. The players approved that message. What a job this coaching staff has done. Whew!

Did someone say GAME DAY?!!!!! GO IU! Here is one opinion about how Oregon may play today. The writer presents that Oregon does not make mistakes, does not turn over the ball, does not get a lot of penalties, is quick, will attack the right side of IU's OL to pressure our QB, will use their heft. https://247sports.com/college/oregon/longformarticle/five-keys-to-the-game-no-3-oregon-vs-no-7-indiana-256218734/#2722905 IU has to play it's game. If the game slows down and does not confuse Oregon, then IU is not keeping Oregon players one step behind. IU must mix it up, schemes, move the ball on the ground, bring the A game. Obviously, not end up with lots of possessions with 3rd and long. Get ahead early. Mendosa is one smart guy. IU has to play smart. Float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. And beat Oregon physically. Make no mistakes. Take away the ball. A really tough road game in the B1G. The QB matchup will be fun to watch.

Not too worried about the game against Oregon. Checked the air traffic control issues. Right now, there are no delays in Eugene. On the other hand, that is not looking at flights originating and connecting anywhere else. Oh well...hope that IU fans show up. Sure, it will be a challenge for the team, the coaches, & etc. Protecting Mendoza from Oregon's DL and the blitz is, of course, a big deal. The road game against a really good team is an excellent test for IU. I plan on enjoying the heck out of the game. Great entertainment! Huge opportunity to bring home more than just cooked duck l'orange.

I see why our playoff odds went up. I do not understand why IU would not have better odds. We did give Illinois their only loss so far and they were ranked #9. We also beat a tough Iowa team on the road. Unless the ratings are by ESPN who will rank Miami as #1 and some SEC team with losses ahead of Indiana, IU will move up to displace Penn State with 2 losses. Ranked a possible #8. When IU goes to Oregon on Oct. 11 the Hoosiers could win one of the biggest contests in the country. Oregon does not play any other top-ranked teams this regular season. This program could, well...just win, team!
