  1. Right now I'd settle with a few more points this half.
  2. Now Fox shows tip at 2:25. Does this mean they will join after first 5 minutes of play? Crappola.
  3. Tipoff at 2:15...per Fox. Kickoff Monday evening.
  4. Really anticipating this game. Been looking for it since...well...the first time we went to the Rose Bowl back in the 60's. IU is going to make Miami go poof.
  5. Just letting Old Fart know that I've moved. No forwarding address...if you come knocking...ignore those people...it's a private estate sale...Dave's not here.
  6. Technically, Fran has left the building (a fact) 73 IU's defense shows up ( a WAG) 81 Is it true that Iowa and Purdink wear the same colors? The same uniforms? Same stupid, stunned look of losing at football? Yes. Why then even let them into SSAH?
  7. Is there a group of Indiana fans hitting a sports bar around 7 PM Monday night? My posse has grown too large for my place. Plus, my insurance guy says I am a bad risk this time every year with Old Fart and his team of enthused fans. Not joking. Where do the alumni dwell? Not Wandering Griffin I hope.
  8. Will sell 40 yard line tickets to the Peach Bowl for $4000. PM me. I've got other tickets from last year. How much you got?
  9. I appreciate the spunk that IU had until now on the road. However...the epitaph is written for this team for the season.
  10. Neither team is excelling. Stop turnovers, get a few stops...hit a few. IU wins! Stop MSU's Fears.
  11. Got to stop their inside game. Otherwise, like Bailey and Alexis and their movement. Defense outside is looking better.
  12. I like the cuts from top of the key to inside. Drawing fouls!
  13. Flop! But cannot let the refs into the game. Jezuz. MSU missed 2 out of 3 Frees.
  14. Remembering that just before the last major hurricane, there was a bar dedicated to Hoosier sports in Fort Myers Beach. It was called Hoosiers. Imagine that! Went in there more than a couple of times with a good friend that cheered for OSU and IU. Was great sharing with all of the Hoosier fans we met. Some really knew their history and basketball. Point is, there are lots of Hoosiers down in FL right now...commuting to the bowl game is like walking from Briscoe to the stadium. This game will be glorious! And then some. So very screaming pumped... May have to do the pub crawl through the sports bars locally just to test the crowds....in SE Dayton OH. I already have a designated driver. And a plan. Will end up at my place, Old Fart....BYO. And you have to put down a damage deposit. Bring your date, she is cool. Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
  15. Once and future National Champions the Indiana Hoosiers! 45 Worry Cain'ts 17
  16. Peacock...If you get a subscription deal, be sure to cancel just before the year is up or it may automatically jump to the full price in month 13, if I remember correctly. Not sure if the below information is all correct. And there likely will be some football and other sports on Peacock throughout the year. There are 5 Indiana basketball games in a month that are only on Peacock. Jan. 13 (Tue.) • 7 p.m. • Peacock at Michigan State Jan. 20 (Tue.) • 7 p.m. • Peacock at Michigan Jan. 27 (Tue.) • 9 p.m. • Peacock vs. Purdue Jan. 31 (Sat.) • 5 p.m. • Peacock at UCLA Feb. 3 (Tue.) • 10 p.m. • Peacock at USC From AI and other sources: Peacock deals in early 2026 focus on annual plans for savings, discounts for students, teachers, first responders, and military (around $2.99-$3.99/month for a year), and potential free access via other subscriptions like Walmart+ or Instacart+, Youtube TV+, Infinity+, plus bundles with Apple TV; check Peacock's site for official student/teacher offers, ID.me for military/first responder verification, and tech sites like Syracuse.com for current promotions and bundles.
  17. I love the Hoosiers 71 Izzo aints... 79 Really want to say that IU hits 3's and rebounds and defends. State does not. But.... on the road in the B1G.
  18. Is Indiana now a football school or a basketball school...? Steve Alford was recently quoted in response. "...that’s an undefeated 16-0, which has never happened in football. And the last undefeated basketball team was the ’76 Hoosiers. So one school, my school, could hold both of those things in basketball and football. Good luck Hoosiers on Monday."
