One thing that struck me last night was during Archie’s after game conference where he addresses the “softness” tag on the team. He said it comes from the inability to get lose balls and win the 50-50 situations. He wasn’t calling the team soft but acknowledged that it might be where it comes from and that it definitely needs to be improved. It’s been widely reported that Ballard isn’t one to break the bank which likely played into the Colts not getting Stafford. I’m ok with this trade.
