Sorry to say, I think the Cubs may have met their match. Cleveland is just so remarkably balanced; there are so many different ways they can win games. As a Tigers fan, I'm not looking forward to constantly hearing about how the last two champions are from our division and how they've achieved so much more while spending a fraction of what we do.

As a Tigers fan, I've had to watch firsthand just how lucky the Indians have been time after time this season, and that was just yet another example. Also, I thought people were overreacting when they put the Indians in the World Series after they got Miller, but man, that guy has been out of this world. Like I said, the Indians have gotten every break all year.

We've been to 2 bowl games in the last 20 years, and he got us to one of them. Not to mention, we finally have a defense that's not completely terrible. He's not getting fired.

I'm sure the Buckeyes will plummet all the way to #4 in next week's poll.

I doubt PSU will hold on, but impressive performance, nonetheless.

Pagano said there is "video evidence" that the Colts have a good defense. I can't wait until this goofball is a position players coach somewhere else.

As we should be. I'd love to wake up tomorrow morning to find out Pagano is gone, but I know it won't happen.

I wish I could find the posts on the old IU forums where stlboiler was thrilled with the hire and made post after post trying to convince us that Hazell was going to turn them around.

I hate that the Colts could be in first place after tonight. And I hate that I feel that way. But I'm seriously fed up with this organization and don't want them feeling good about the sh*tshow they've put together. Just watch, a month from now they'll be like 4-6 and Pagano will be raving about how the team is a bunch of warriors and they're only 1 game out of first place with the Texans at home later on. Our ceiling is another 8-9 win season with a hollow division title and early playoff exit. Barf. We need better draft picks and better management. We aren't getting either with another playoff appearance (and another big banner in the rafters celebrating it).

Nice to see a turnover-free game from Luck. The defense is still trash. Still think this team goes 6-10 at best.

Wilson doesn't trust Lagow. The playcalling today makes it obvious, especially with last week's "What's the call?" incident.

This game is going to get out of hand FAST if the offense can't do something soon.

Minnesota leading Iowa 7-6 in the 4th quarter. I'm not sure if Big Ten defenses have finally started catching up with offenses, or if the level of QB play is just down.

Grigson's comments are just the latest example of why Irsay likes having him and Pagano around. Irsay's problem is that he isn't very smart to start with, and has only further addled his brain with extensive drug use. If you've ever listened to Grigson and Pagano talk, you know what I mean. Grigson sounds like a slightly smarter than average player. Pagano knows every football cliche known to man and can always think of one to use in any situation. Contrast this to what we used to have. Dungy ran a very tight ship while still having the respect of his players, and is a published author. Polian was very intelligent and confident enough to think for himself, and at the same time, quite arrogant. I'm sure both of them made Irsay feel stupid on many occasions. This is why Irsay vowed things would be different this time…and they are. Pagano is good enough to be a defensive backs coach, and Grigson is qualified to be a scout. But both of them are in way over their heads in their current positions, and this is why you get things like the Trent Richardson trade, the team looking completely unprepared week after week, cutting starters five games in, etc. I think someday, when both of these bozos are elsewhere, we're going to think very highly of our new coach/GM combo. Not because they're amazing, but because they couldn't possibly be more incompetent than what we have now.

We may get a top 5 pick that will hopefully be drafted by someone not named Ryan Grigson and coached by someone not named Chuck Pagano.

That's because we have no shot. If we keep it within 2 touchdowns or less, I'll be happy.

If Pagano can't get these guys ready to play in front of an international crowd, then he needs to just turn in his whistle and be done. Last year, it took until the middle of November for me to give up on the Colts. This year, it took me one game. I'm so fed up with this coaching staff and even more fed up with Irsay for keeping them. I miss being able to take pride in how the Colts' organization was run. We look like the Browns/Redskins/Raiders these days.

I can only think of a few teams in this league who would retain their coach and GM after last season, and it's not good company to be in. This team sucks and so does its management.

I wish the Nebraska game was next week instead of at OSU. I'm afraid if we get blown out, we'll get a subpar crowd in spite of this win.
