  1. Blackmon is stil "wide right" on his shot.
  2. I'm sure plenty of Purdue fans stayed to bask in the glory of finally winning in this event. They'll probably do their cutesy little "IU Sucks" chant at some point.
  3. We usually suck in this building. Hope that changes today.
  4. It puzzles me why Thomas Bryant is so high in all the mock drafts, but Swanigan has like 8 double-doubles and is nowhere to be found. Just a product of who they play for?
  5. Thought Notre Dame might have been able to respond, but Purdue has imposed their will. Oh well, guess they had to win a Crossroads game some day.
  6. Notre Dame has totally collapsed. Just like they did against us a year ago.
  7. I thought Purdue would come back, but didn't think they would do it this quickly. They're hitting everything in the second half.
  8. Hammons was a much more skilled player. Haas is just really big. Notre Dame is abusing him defensively. He isn't quick enough to step out on their three point shooters or switch on pick and rolls.
  9. Got a feeling Purdue beats Notre Dame today. They have to win a Crossroads game eventually, right?
  10. Nothing else needs to be said. They're a joke. I forgot they were even playing the last couple nights until I saw the scores. I'm not sure I've ever been so apathetic about the Pacers this early in a season. Even the Jim O'Brien teams were more interesting than this.
  11. I once saw a conversation between OSU fans about traveling to Indiana and they said they prefer our stadium to Purdue's because Purdue "smells like cow sh*t." So, there's that.
  12. Some clarification on the challenge: apparently Pagano didn't want to challenge it after being informed there was no clear recovery, but due to a "miscommunication" the officials reviewed it anyway. Miscommunications seem to happen an awful lot with Pagano. *cough* fake punt *cough*
  13. Jeff Fisher fired by the Rams today. Like Pagano, he had just been extended last January. Can't wait for Irsay's excuses when he lets a cancer survivor guilt-trip him into staying again.
  14. I could be way off on this, but I've noticed a bit of a trend with people who are always quick to jump on Luck for his mistakes. Most of them were huge Manning fans and were royally pissed off when he was let go. So Luck doesn't have to be as good as Manning, he has to be even better than Manning to justify letting Manning go. Or maybe we just have one of those "unconventional thinkers" on our hands...
  15. Any thoughts on that challenge by Pagano yesterday when the Colts didn't even recover the ball? If there is a coach/GM duo in this league more in over their heads than Pagano/Grigson, I'd love to know who they are.
  16. The Colts honestly need to lose out and finish 6-10. But they'll probably end up 8-8 and pick 20th again. I know Luck's turnovers will be brought up, and he wasn't good today. But when you need your QB to be great just to have a chance, that's not your QB's problem, that's a team problem. Everything about this group just smacks of a poorly coached team. I have no idea what Irsay saw in Grigson or Pagano. And let me just say, Pagano is just dumb. We've had to find out the hard way why he was a coordinator/position coach for 25 years before he got the call to come and "coach" here.
  17. Texans just lost this game by not going for it.
  18. The only way the Colts can move the ball is if the defense commits pass interference or forgets about Hilton.
  19. I haven't seen the entire second half, but have we avoided the obligatory UK mentions?
  20. Lot of squandered fast breaks today.
  21. Stop talking about Illinois, we don't care.
  22. LMAO. Some dude named Alex Fountain just went all Tom Pritchard and screamed at the crowd after a dunk, then the next possession fell down and lost the ball.
  23. Houston Baptist keeps ruining our potential highlight plays by being so feisty and scrappy. Roll over and get blown out, you dummies!
  24. This team gave up 90+ in the four games it lost.
  25. Tennessee Tech was out of timeouts, so with an 11 point lead, Izzo calls one for them. This is dumb.
